TANK SUPPORT CHAMP CONCEPT - Citra, the Black Hole

Citra, is a tanky support champion which aims to soak up as much damage as possible. Melee, magic damage.

Passive: Curse Citra is cursed with the black hole and takes 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 times more damage from all sources, but her max health can be increased by absorbing the life force of nearby minions and enemy champions as they die - like bone plating. Must be within 550 range

Q: Nether Grasp Shoot out a skill shot range 750 which will slow the first enemy hit by 99% and reduce damage dealt from that particular target by 20/30/40/50/60 % for 2.5 seconds.

W: Black Aura Passive effect: Gain 10/20/30/40/50% tenacity and slow enemies in the aura of 550 range, by 10-50% the longer they stay in the aura.

Active effect: In a radius of 550, 10/15/20/25/30 % of all damage inflicted to allies are redirected to you. Black Hole lasts up to 5 seconds.

E: Dark implosion Charges for 1.5 seconds to unleash a ball of dark matter at a target direction. This is slow but deals massive magic AOE damage if it hits anything.

R: Drain For the next 5 seconds, Citras black aura expands to 650 range and begins to drag in all enemies towards Citra. While Drain is activated, Citra drains 75 health (+50% ability power) from each enemy around her. Enemies within the aura are slowed by 20% increasing to 60% the closer to the center, and are silenced upon being auto attacked by Citra.
