Item name 'Exploding wand' Blasting wand + blasting wand + 850 combine cost, total cost 2550. 100 ap, unique passive: so long as AP does not go above 400 ap (excluding this item's passive AP bonus), gain bonus ap equal to your ap. I designed this for sup that need ap but get very little from the other items in thier build. I designed this as a support version of rabadons.

Athenes? but you have to build the standard support items (redemption ardent etc) to maximise use which isnt good
