open base gates idea

if two inhibitors are down then the corresponding base gate gains hp, becoming an attackable structure ,when its hp is reduced to zero it goes offline creating another opening to the base, till one of the corresponding inhibitors comes back up.

also you should be allowed to see pass/through the ally gates.
