"Police" Stripper Costume Leona skin: No
Leona has nothing to do with the Piltover police force which would explain her high-tech, modern design. And the Riot police team already has a shield-wielder in Singed so this is basically a copy of that. Don't really see a need for Leona with a law-enforcement skin.
This reads fan service all over it. But then again, almost all female champions in the game provide plenty of fan service, so why not add more?
Then again (x2), I would honestly say that Leona is one of the most modestly dressed champs of them all. So why should we deviate from that?
Still, it's very well designed, so if this was going to be in the Officer Skin Line (like Caitlyn and Vi), I would absolutely back this up.
Kinda hearkens back to the alchemist uniforms on Fullmetal Alchemist

Why doesn't her outfit cover her cleavage? Like really, it covers her neck, stomach, shoulders, literally EVERYWHERE around her breasts, but then just leaves that spot open for no reason. I'm ok with a bit of sexy, but this just feels so forced. like really, did she just decide to cut a hole in her shirt or something?
