So basically the point of this item is to counter burst heavy champions like zed or vegiar that can delete you in a couple seconds. All numbers are not final and just place holder.

Eternal Bulwark - 3500 gold item

50 ap 300 mana 35 MR 35 armor

Unique passive: Divine intervention, When your HP reaches 70%, any further damage you take and deal will be reduced by 100%. Has a 115 second cooldown.

Compents: Aegis of the legion - 1100 Lost Chapter - 1300 Item cost - 1100

jesus no. as a squishy mage player this item would be built on every character who can make use of it and remove the assassin class from the game. Its way too hard of a counter.
