My dumb champion concept
So right off the bat, it is mainly going to be focused on the concept rather than dealing with numbers or scaling. It may be OP I am not gonna pretend I can make a balanced champion, but I do like the concept behind it.
Raysus, Hunter of the Deep
Passive: You gain a summoned creature that follows you around. As you level up, the creature gains attack damage and HP. The creature will last until it is killed upon which it will take 120 seconds to respawn. The creature will attack the first target you autoattack and will follow them until they reach a certain distance away from you. The rest of your skills will have different interactions with this summoned creature.
Q: Star metal Harpoon: (skillshot), throws a harpoon that deals damage to the first unit hit. Each hit applies and refreshes a harpoon stack that lasts for 10 seconds. Upon 5 stacks, the next harpoon hit will deal bonus damage equal to 5 % of the target's missing HP. Recovers 5% of your creature's max HP if it hits a champion/large minion or kills a small minion The healing of star metal harpoon can only proc once every 40 seconds.
W: (INSERT CLEVER NAME HERE), (Skillshot I think), basically Raysus swipes from left to right in a cone. Enemies caught inside will take initial impact damage and be dragged in the direction of travel of the tentacle. Will give your creature a shield.
E: Scuttle: (target area), Basically you mark and area and after a short delay, the area explodes, dealing damage to any enemies inside and slowing champions. Should your creature be in the aoe, it will gain bonus attack speed and cleave attacks for 10 seconds
R: Release the krakhen: Basically gives your creature a large sum of HP and Damage, for a set duration. While it lasts, you can cast it again as a skill shot from your creature, launching a slow moving vortex that sucks enemies to the centre while dealing DMG over time to them.
So yeah this is my dump Champ concept
