I feel like fiddle sticks could potentially be the best rework Riot's ever done.

This sounds metal as fuck. Imagine him summoning a legion of crows slowly waddling towards you with a scythe in hand. The crows have bllurred your vision, every thing is pitch black. And then you see those eyes. Those wretched green eyes! Amidst your fear he pierces you with his scythe stealing every bit of warmth from your body. Every happy memory is ripped from your being.

Riot said they wanted to reework him a while ago... I've always wanted a champion that has Yasuo level synergy with fear (not necessarily extending the duration, but allowing him to blink to them...? It just has a lot of potential
