Leaver buster is not doing enough to prevent afks rage quits.
This is a constant and expected issue in the game.

I mean shit, real life is a thing that happens. What do you want Riot to do? Start handing out permabans for leaving?
Even IF Riot was to start cracking down hard and handing out bans to leavers, they will always be there. You can't change that.
But I leave the game because of other reasons and people do too, I mean sometimes my internet goes down, sometimes my laptop turns of when I'm out of battery, some times electricity goes down, you shouldn't judge people, and be sure that they rage quit, every thing happens.
I don't understand this. Do people just play with monkeys or what? I haven't seen an afk in probably months.
LeaverBuster doesn't prevent rage quits, it punishes them.

If by "constant and expected" you mean, "happens occasionally" then sure- I'll agree. But I rarely have someone leave because they're losing and are toxic. In fact if it's been more than a dozen all-year for me I certainly didn't notice it.
Yesterday I had 4 Afks in a ROW, and it was ranked aswell...
Experience game penalty is really good thing. I've seen a bunch of LOL players playing game with probably cell phone hooked up to an internet and than shared network to a computer. While if you are in area with good coverage that can work, on the other hand if you don't have good coverage, ping will start going crazy in team fights and you will get disconnected very often. While i do understand their desire to play the game, i don't understand what kind of pleasure is to start a game and not being able to play due to unstable connection or ping, and more over how person with such problems can't understand he is hurting the rest of his team. If you want to have fun playing LOL but you have poor performance on you network or computer, than play against bots, don't go in the real game where you will ruin the game for another 4 guys playing in your team.
