Does Riot have a skin sale for christmas or thanksgiving?
I only started playing league back in like november of last year but I was too noob to know what was going on. Does Riot usually have big skin sales during those holidays so I can save my RP?

Yes, actually read the news story about the stolen skins out of the the vault, several skins are on sale over the Thanksgiving weekend. Christmas usually comes with plenty of sales too.
