Make miss fortune able to see her W passive stacks

Seriously all the other champs like varus, vayne, kalista, twitch hell even kind of tristanas bomb you can tell how many stacks you have for more damage. As a mf main I would love for this to happen. I dont see the harm in doing this. and I find it unfair she can't see it.
