Sirius, The Zaunite Mercenary
What he looks like: He is almost similar to Dante when it comes to the face being the only exeption of his Hex-tech Eye along with the scars needing to install it. https://68.media.tumblr.com/avatar_5247833e8889_128.png
His whole outfit is traditional to a Zaunite attire. He wears a trench coat with his left sleeve was ripped off with a hidden pocket to keep his note book in place to keep track of his targets while writing his thoughts on who ever he is killing or drawing what ever comes to his mind. He also has 3 belts strapped on his body it to keep his sword(which he stole from the same place he got the pendant) in place while holding other supplies. He is wearing the True Ice pendant he stole from a Black Market that is the source of his Cryo bomb and his Frost armor. And the important part is the heavily modified Hex-tech Arm he has done though the years he had with.
Sirius's personality is basically a laid-back but will get serious if necessary, He is a kind person but he is hostile to people he targets to kill and a complete jerk to people he doesn't respect. Aside from all that, because of Zaun's environment and trying his best to survive, he is trying is best not letting his insanity get the best of him from killing the innocent.

Passive: Hex-tech Charge Cannon.

In combat, Sirius's next 3 auto attacks are ranged attacks (650 range) for 3 seconds each, each shot deal (1.0/1.25/1.5/1.75 total AD)(.25/.30/.45/.55 AP) as physical damage. The third shot is overcharged dealing 50% extra damage and deal normal damage in a cone pass the target.
If Overcharged attack is used on Corrosive Flames or Spell Break, it consumes the Over Charged shot.
Kinda like Jhin's passive with one less shot to use and a massive reward to using the 3rd shot. The massive twist is that his arm needs to recharge because of his arm is suffering with several energy problems in the weapon's department but enough to keep his arm functional for battle while chucking Cryo Bombs. If you didn't used all your shots with the window of time, then your punished for missing the shots and having to wait for the trade to come back.
But it also gives him better counter play in him and a window of time to face him and forces the user to get close in order to do some damage with out his passive up. As for the using Overcharged being used on either w or e, it is a way to prevent the player abusing
Q: Cryo Bomb
Cooldown 20/18/16/14/12 secs
Mana: 30/35/40/45/50
Sirius throws a bomb that detonates after 2 seconds to freeze a small area and slowing them by 20/25/30/35/40% for 1.5 seconds enemies caught in the blast are damaged for 50(.50 AD)(.25 AP)/100 (.6 AD)(.3 AP)/150(.7 AD)(.35 AP)/200 (.7 AD)(.35 AP)/250(.8 AD)(.4 AP) magic damage. (400 radius & 750 range). He can detonate them early by shotting/hitting the bomb.
If Sirius is in the blast radius he gains a shield based on 50(.50 AD)(.25 AP)/100 (.6 AD)(.3 AP)/150(.7 AD)(.35 AP)/200 (.7 AD)(.35 AP)/250(.8 AD)(.4 AP).
If it was detonated with an Overcharged shot will give 50% extra damage/shield and will stun for 1.6/1.7/1.8/1.9/2 seconds instead of the slow.
Think of it like this. Special Ice bombs that can explode that interact with your abilities. The bread and butter of his kit. This is important to his kit because it is what makes him unique. It has several uses to him and it is a combo starter. To a game play perspective, it does something similar to GankPlank. (Just with being less broken and leaving a smaller window if time to use) Instead of being instant, his is more telegraphed and has a chance to react with his slow. And his stun is conditional to have his 3rd shot of his passive, or relaying his ult to have it overcharged that can only happen if he is near death in the early game or constantly draining his life away due to his ultimate's active. Aside from that, he does completely need it to important to his kit. (The pendant he wears could be important to the Lore if Riot decides to make a connection towards Freljord)
W: Corrosive Flames (Needs a better name IMO.)
Cooldown: 25/23/21/19/17 seconds
Mana: 50/55/65/80/100
Dash and the next basic attack for 2 seconds will burn for (2/3/4/5/6)% +(2% per 100 bonus AD)(1% per 100 AP) and shred 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% Armor and Magic Resist of its maximum health for 3 seconds as physical damage. (this cannot critically strike) (200 vs Minions & Monsters)
If it's Overcharged, damage and shred is increased by 50%
If you hit a Cryo Bomb with this ability, you instead burn for (2/3/4/5/6)% +(2% per 100 bonus AD)(1% per 100 AP) within the area for 2 seconds
So yeah. He made this in mind to combat any Armored fellow and/or Groups of enemies that cant handle the heat. But really, This will have something to make him handle the 3k health champions and makes any of the Mega tanks a little be less useful in team fights to help out his team members that are a problem. The Cyro Bomb combo will help in team fights and reduce the enemy team's health but you will lose out on single target damage. Its a trade off and makes you choose wisely.
E: Spell Break
Cooldown: 20/17/13/11/9 seconds
Sirius braces himself to block an ability or basic attack. If Spell Break succeeds on blocking; he gains 25%/30%/35%/40% movement speed for 3 seconds but slowly decays and he can target an enemy units/Cyro bomb to charge towards his target (400 range) and deal (1.5% AD)(1.0 AP) physical damage.
If you hit a Cyro Bomb with this attack, you increase the Shield and damage by 25%
If its Overcharged, Movement speed is doubled while damage and range is increased by 50%.
This is basically a Spell Shield that rewards you for blocking Champion abilities with some extra damage and gap closing to stick to your opponent for extra trades if you still have your passive up. The Spell Shield is something that this game could use more of in my opinion and it also helps his survival towards the heavy cc that will hit him. Skillful players will make the combo as a escape tool or make better trade in team fights.
R: Limiter Removal
(It was called Unstable Power but Limiter Removal sounds better IMO)Cooldown: 30 seconds
Cost: 55/85/100 health per second (Will deactivate at 10% health & will not trigger your passive if this is still active.)
Passive: When Sirius drops below (30)% health, he gains 100 extra attack range(Doesnt effect his passive attack range), 30% reduce damage for 6 seconds, and will not drain your health for the duration. This effect will last for 12 seconds Cooldown: 180/120/90/60 seconds (Automatically gains this though level 1)
All of your Abilities are Overcharged and gain 15/25/50/75/ movements speed.
(You can free will of this ability if you have your 2nd rank of this ability but at the cost of health.)
When ranking up , You can choose one of the following to affect Limiter Removal
- Sirius's Strength: (15/20/25)% Damage increase.
- Sirius's Bloodlust: When inflicting damage he heals for 15%/20%/25% based on damage dealt.
- Sirius's Frost Armor: When inflicting damage you gain a shield based (30/40/50)% of damage inflicted. (30/25/20 second cooldown)
I know what your thinking..._ "This is broken in early game, why would you make such a passive for this champion." _
Here is the thing. It really ties in to his insanity that affected him in Zaun for the longest time. Lore wise it makes sense.
To give it a fair balance point of view is his early game is bad for good reasons, He is heavily item reliant to do damage in mid-to-late game. His passive basically make him survive the early game with an ok trade, you have to play safe or else you will lose your passive for a good while and it will make you useless in 1v1 fights due to the fact he's weak in the early game. And this at level 1-3 is just bad. Remember this, he is a late game champion and if he is behind, he cant do enough damage for team fights and has very little crowd control to help if he is behind.

: Sirius trust Caitlyn because he believes she can help him find out who blackmailed Sirius's father.
: Viktor inspired Sirius to make Zaun into a better place for the future. Sirius is a supporter of the Glorious Evolution.
There might be a small off chance they might be related he remember that his father has a younger brother.
: He respects Ekko but he fears that he may end up the same path Sirius has suffered. He wants to be Ekko's Mentor so that he won't end up suffering as the way Sirius has when he the same age as Ekko.
: He wants to protect her and keep out of trouble. He treats her as if she was his little sister.
: He might have a history on Vi. He trust her as much as Caitlyn.
: The same Doctors that took care of the Mad man hired him to capture or kill the patient before the so called "Doctor Mundo" takes more lives.
: He wants to end his life to stop his terror towards Zaun and wants to stop his poison supply towards Noxus, permanently.
: Knows of his terror towards Zaun and needs to end his life before more lives are taken from the beast.
They might have a past before Singed changed him.
: Doesn't respect him because of the Viktor incident and the fact Piltover is praising him as a hero because of it.
: Her clan might be responsible for his Father's disappearances.
Well I hope you enjoy this Champion Concept. It took a lot of effort on my part. As for the lore, I'll put a link on it.

The Lore part for me is the harder part for me to right but its the best that i can do. I dont know if Riot can write a better lore then I can but if they do, I do hope they flesh out his personalty while keeping the concept of him being born in Piltover and ending up in Zaun.
