Beseehr the Ripper
#[Beseehr the Ripper] Beseehr is a serial killer from ancient Shurima who is locked away in Zhonya's Hourglass and sent to the Blessed Aisles. He arises again, but infused with the black mist, seeking to continue his work. He is a mage assassin who uses his spatial magic to move terrain to recreate the alleyways of his old Shuriman home in order to hunt and kill his prey.

##LORE No one knows where Beseehr came from. Some say he was the spawn of a demon with the purpose of destroying humanity. Others say that he is the darkness come to life. Whatever his origins may be, it is know that a young Beseehr was nothing more than a street rat, resorting to stealing from street vendors to stay alive. Now Beseehr was good at what he did as a child, but the Shuriman patrols where better. He along with other young thieves and miscreants where brought before the emperor for sentencing. However, the emperor was a kind one. His era was one of the most peaceful and progressive in all of Shuriman history. Being so, he sought reformation, rather than punishment. Their sentence would be to serve the state. He brought those lowly members of society education. They were taught language, writing, the arts, magic, and military combat. All of them turned a new leaf, all except for Beseehr. During his training, he never spoke to anyone. He did average in all of his training, but showed no development. It is not that he did any evil, he was just the quiet type to sit in the corner alone. With that, the guards payed no mind. As long as he seemed reformed, the system worked.
At this time, Beseehr was a young man, getting ready to go into combat. A nearby city had a dispute with the Shurimans over property rights to an oasis. It was clearly on Shuriman lands, but the other city claimed ancestral rights. Diplomacy failed and war erupted. Unlike modern Noxian or Demacian warefare, troops didn't line up on a field and fight. Instead there were small skirmishes with up to 30 men at most. In combat, Beseehr did not simply kill his enemies. He exhausted them and weakened them to the point to where they could no longer stand. He would easily fight ten men at a time and tire them all out. afterwards, he would slowly prod his sword in them, making their suffering last as long as possible. It isn't known if he enjoyed it or not or why he did it. His facial expressions never changed from that blank stare with no smile nor frown. Doing these activities alone, no alarms where raised with his superiors. His atrocities remained unknown due to the fact no bodies were recovered.
Returning back to Shurima, Beseehr understood his purpose. Whatever he understood it as, to everyone else, it was to bring terror to the innocent. He stalked his prey in the alleyways, murdering his victims quickly. He had no more interest in the titillation brought on by slowly executing his prey. Instead it all became about the body count. Anyone who manage to break from his grasp soon became victim to his archaic magic. In total, there were no survivors. The little remains left were the only clues the Shuriman patrols had to finding the purpetrator.
It was just a standard night for Beseehr. He had just finished off his first victim, a young women returning from an evening with here first and true love. It was quick and easy for the first kill of the night. The second victim approached, unknowing of his fate. It was an old mage who was world renowned for his spacial magic. Now what is an expert on spacial magic doing wandering a dark alley at night? Beseehr would soon learn the answer. In no time at all, he cut the mage to ribbons and absorbed his life energy in the process. It was at this moment that Beseehr felt immense power rushing through him. For the first time, he cracked a smile. From then on, he increased the body count by 100 fold using his new teleportation abilities to kill his victims and hide their bodies. As time went on, however, Beseehr noticed his body change. Traveling like he did began to disintegrate his body, replacing what he had lost with pure magical energy. This became an interesting dilemma for Beseehr. In addition to extending his own life by draining that of others, he harvested their body parts and covered the spots of magic taking over his body.
Through this time, the patrols could not catch Beseehr due to his teleportation. Desperate, the Shuriman Patrols went to the emperor for advice. The emperor told them of an old legend that spoke of a magical device that could trap something in it for all of time. It was the legendary Zhonya's Hourglass. Many were lost in the search, but at last it was found. The real challenge was using it to catch the monster. Using himself as bait, the emperor waited in the dark alley way one evening with his patrols. When Beseehr appeared the guards ambushed him to protect the emperor. Half of them died immediately, a forth would die from wounds much later, and 1/4 survived to tell the tail. Sustaining heavy injuries, the emperor managed to seal the beast (it would be false to call Beseehr human at this point) within the hourglass. He was sent to the Blessed Aisles for imprisonment for all eternity.
For centuries to millenia, no one knows, he sat in stasis in the vaults. When the ruinination came, the powerful magic force broke the spell of the hourglass and Beseehr was free once more. The mist tried to overtake him, but it failed. Instead, he consumed the mist and made it apart of his own body. As he returns to his home in Shurima, he has been spotted in Piltover, Zaun, Noxus Prime, and even as far as Demacia continuing his gruesome work. Always feeding, always growing.

##ABILITIES ##[Passive] -- Spatial Distortion Hitting terrain with any spell will add Distortion stacks. Distortion stacks last for 1 minute. A section of terrain that has 5 Distortion stacks will cause the section of the terrain to disappear, and in 5 seconds the terrain will teleport to a location where you have recently pinged to. If Beseehr does not ping, the terrain goes to a random location on the map. The terrain will not spawn behind either nexus turret. Terrain lasts 4 minutes from when it is first moved. After 4 minutes, the terrain moves back to where it came from. Lastly, terrain spawns like an Anivia wall but slower. This means the wall pops out of the ground and displaces enemies
Beseehr can move 2/4/6 pieces of terrain based on level. After he moved his allowed amount, the passive goes on cooldown for 110/60/40 seconds.
Explanations: Think of walls as broken up into sections. So the walls of the Baron pit would consist of 4 or 5 sections of wall. The places where the walls can spawn are preset, like Bard's Chimes.
Examples:you add 5 distortion stacks to one of the walls near midliane, the terrain disappears and leaves an empty space behind where the terrain was (so if it was a small wall, it will create a passage way that players can walk through).
##[Q] -- Archaic Beam Beseehr stores 5 charges on this ability. Fire a beam (range 900) of archaic energy that deals 40/50/55/65/70(45%AP). Firing the shot on minions and non-epic monsters below 10/15/20/25/30 % health executes them and restores 19(20%AP) health per unit killed. Can be cast while moving. Spell goes through all units and champions. Spell adds 1 stack of distortion to walls. Cost: 50-75 per shot| Cooldown: [15/14/12/10/9 per charge]
##[W] -- Nightfall Casts like redemption and same AoE effect as redemption (Range 3500). Target an area; after 1.5 seconds, a darkness falls on the area that cancels out minion and ward vision (not control wards) dealing 30/35/40/45/50(20%AP) in magic damage. All enemies outside of the area have no vision inside the area, even if their ally is in it. When an enemy enters the area, there is no loss of vision (so they can see the area, but their allies can't). The area lasts for 10/12/15/17/20 seconds. The spell goes on cooldown when the effect wears off. The spell adds 4 stacks of distortion to a section of wall Cost: 90-150 | Cooldown: 20/18/17/15/14]
##[E] -- Night Stalker Passive Auto attacks deal an additional 20/30/40/50/55 +(20%AP)(10%AD) to enemies in Nightfall. Additionally Beseehr restore 15(2% Bonus health) with each auto.
Active Fires two clones at a target location on the first two casts. The third cast is a dash. The first two clones dash towards the oppnent dealing 50/60/70/80/90/100 (25%AP) to each enemy you pass through. Passing through and enemy with the third dash will deal 60/70/80/90/95/120 (30%AP) to each enemy hit. The third dash can be used to stick in walls. In the wall, you are camouflaged. Having a clone hit the wall and dashing in the wall adds 1 stack of distortion. If you are in the wall with max stacks of distortion, you will teleport with the wall.
Cost: 80-120 | Cooldown: [25/23/20/19/17]
##**[Ultimate] --Last Moments ** Launch yourself onto an enemy, supressing them for 2 seconds dealing 100(80%AP). Clicking anywhere on the map in a range of 3500 range will teleport the enemy and you to that location. Cost: 100-165 | Cooldown: [150/120/100]
Note: I typically go an edit the champion multiple times, so this isn't intended to be the final copy. I improve on the design with each iteration, make clarifications, and fix potential issues.
Edit: Wrote lore, probably spelling and grammar errors until I have time to proofread.
