[Champion Concept] Ferahertz The Bringer of Progress
#[Ferahertz The Bringer of Progress] My inspiration behind this champion is my profession. I wanted to create a champion that reflects what I do for a living. Ferahertz is the younger brother of Heimerdinger (one of my mains). He specializes in building and maintaining the power grid in Piltover, effectively allowing progress to continue in a modern era. Focusing on his gameplay his abilities are stand alone but are enhanced by his passive. His passive is like a builder minigame, it opens a menu and allows the player to place components all over the map that provides different tools for various situations. My one worry is that this champion is over-complicated, but I really wanted to incorporate my passion into this champion.

"I say, with each passing year, the inventions I see seem to grow to more impressive heights.", Ferahertz muttered to himself. "But I shall not be bested by my brother once again. With this invention, we shall reach further intellectual heights than every before. Excelsior!" Exclaimed Ferahertz as he concluded making the last minor tweaks to his latest invention.
"And a bit more of this and... Yes! That is it! Perfect! My masterpiece has been completed! With this generation device, and my support from the Family Ferros, we shall be able to increase our power producing capability by over tenfold. Excelsior!"
"Mr. Ferahertz", entered Mr. Ferros. "I have been informed that our workers have made all connections necessary to demonstrate your device. Am I assured that this demonstration will go off without a hitch, Mr. Ferahertz?"
"Yes sir, Mr. Ferros. "Rest assured, that with this device, we will steal the show. Our success will lead Piltover to a brighter tomor...."
"Good, good. I should hope so for how much I have time and money I have invested into this endeavor", Interrupted Ferros. "Those crystals that power your device are hard to come by you know, and I hate disappointments. I am looking forward to this years victory. Our partnership depends on it. I will leave you to it Mr. Ferahetz." Exits Ferros.
"Ah, yes. I forgot my patronage is at stake in all of this, but I fear not! My blood, fur, and tears have gone into this invention. Failure was never an option. Excelsior!" Exclaimed Ferahertz yet again.
Ferahertz opens his portable HexGrid Monitor, "Yes, Yes. Everything seems to be in place. Hm? There seems to be an abnormal subterranean anomaly encroaching upon us. Let us investigate!"
Back on the stage, all the competitors, aside from Ferahertz, have lined up on the stage, in preparation for demonstrating.
"Here you are ladies and gentlemen, our brilliant inventors. Please give them all a round of applause and enjoy the show." Said the announcer.
Meanwhile, deep underground, inside a enigmatic device that drills its way up towards the fair. "My plans are nearly complete. Soon, I will have the resources needed to bring about my vision for this world," said Viktor.
Months, prior to this expedition towards the surface, Viktor had been struggling in his plans. He lacked quality materials in order to bring about his glorious evolution, and each passing day was worse and worse. One day, he was approached by the associate of a Chem-Baron in disguise that gave him a once in a lifetime proposition. He offered Viktor the opportunity to get the materials he sought. He spoke of an annual fair in Piltover that contained masterpiece inventions from only the most brilliant minds that Piltover had to offer. Those devices and as well as the reward were promised to Viktor in exchange for his services. The associate knew, however, that the everything looted would belong to the Chem-Baron, and would dispose of Viktor soon after. Nevertheless, he instructed Viktor to build a large mobile fortress, capable of drilling through the bedrock, and being capable of housing a small army. The materials, funds, and man power would be supplied to Viktor in exchange for his services.
Behind the scenes, the Chem-Baron had his agents build his small army which consisted of a group on anarchists, a small legion of Vigilnauts and other Zaunite Chemtech abominations, several captured monsters that roam the streets of Zaun, and other criminals who wanted nothing less than the the thrill of carnage or the blood of Piltovans.
None recruited by the Chem-Baron knew of his true plan, and few knew it was the Chem-Baron behind this scheme all along, but they would take the blame for the invasion.
Back in Piltover, present day.
"Thank you Jayce for your impressive invention. With it, our sailors will be able to defend themselves from the horrors of the mist. " Said the announcer. "Next up is Ferahertz, and his Ultra-Energizing Progress Array Grid. Are you ready Mr. Ferahertz?"
The ground suddenly shakes, and erupts. A massive drill and containment unit the size of a factor emerges releasing a chemtech-infused hoard upon the spectators and competitors alike.
"Run, it's the loose cannon" One lady screamed as a barrage of rockets and explosions battered the structures of the fair. Piltovian forces immediately respond to apprehend the loose cannon, but are gunned down by an invisible force lurking in the shadows, firing toxic bolts into them, decimating them completely.
"Viktor", says Jayce as he sees his former colleague appear with a small army of mechanical golems.
The golems and vigilnauts descend upon the people of Piltover. Behind them is the feared dreadnaught of Zaun. Coming to the rescue of the people of Piltover are the Piltovian police, led by the sheriff and her deputy who decimate their front line with ease. However, they falter as they are pelted by toxic chemicals from an unknown enemy.
" Everybody, evacuate! We are in a state of emergency" Says the announcer. Victims tried to flee, but many of them are chased down by a hungry beast and a madman, spilling much innocent blood that only fuels their thirst to kill.
Seeing this, the inventors fight back, using their inventions to defend their city, their way of life. Even with their assistance, their resistance seems futile.
"I knew something was out of place!" Screamed Ferahertz as he finished his defense preparations. "I will not allow these brutes to continue their reign of terror".
"Now take this you dirty apes!" Ferahertz activated his defense mechanisms. A swarm of drones launched an aerial assault on the invading Zaunites. Also firing out electro bolts, stopping the invaders in their tracks and repulsing them with his energized coils. With his help, the inventors and the Piltovian police are able to corner the invaders. Using the Spatial Beam Cannon,and other inventions, energized by Ferahertz's Grid, the invaders are teleported back from whence they came.
"Ladies and gentlemen. We are saved!" said the announcer. "As a thank you for saving us when things were looking down, the association unanimously agrees that this years winner, for his lifesaving invention, is Ferahertz of Bandle City. Thank you, and congratulations!"

##ABILITIES ##[Passive] -- HexGrid Clicking on the passive opens the overview of the HexGrid. The HexGrid divides the map as shown below. In each section, Ferahertz can place 4 minor components . Minor Components Can be placed in various configurations. Each configuration will have a different effect on abilities and stats. Several Major Improvements can be added in the following marked areas; Major components cannot be placed in the enemy jungle. In the areas marked with a +, Ferahertz can place an additional Turret Improvement. Only two Turret Improvements can be used at one time.
**All Components **are bought with Hexcoins. Ferahertz receives 1 Hexcoin per small minion or monster, 5 for cannon minions/large monsters, 15 when your team slays dragon or Rift Herold, 20 for Elder Dragon and Baron kills, and 5 for champion kills. Components can be bought anywhere.
Costs* Minor Components cost 1 Hexcoin. Preparing a grid to worked on costs 5 Hexcoins (increasing the further you get away from base and initially get to choose one lane to connect to the grid so that those sections are free). Buying a major component costs 20 hexcoins, but having a complete set of minor components in the area reduces the cost to 2 Hexcoins
Starting Off and building the gridInitially, you can choose 4 adjacent sections for free (the idea is to pick sections from base to lane). To be able to power another section, the section must be adjacent to an already powered section.
Grid Lines The lines you connect your components with are called Grid Lines. Grid lines must be placed a certain distance apart (they can't be place close together).

A.)* Placing a Step Up Transformer increases the AP ratio of his abilities by 5/10/15% B.)* Placing a Step Down Transformer gives 1%/2%/3% Bonus Armor/MR and 2%/3%/4% damage reduction
- Hextech Resistor 5.Hextech Diode
Major Components- Only can create 2 of each, can unlock at lv. 6. Major components can be damage from enemy champions AA (10 hits). To repair them, walk up next to them, spend 1 Hexcoin, and channel for 5 seconds.
- Luminating Beacon A.)*Provides vision in an area of 1000 units for 5 seconds revealing wards, stealth champions, and traps. Goes on cooldown every 100/50/35 B.) *Can only be attacked when lit.
- UPDF (Ultra Perimeter Defense Feature) A.)*Upon activation, sends out flying drone minions that: seek out enemies in the area, slow the enemy by 50% for 1.2 seconds and deals 20/50/60 magic damage. B.)*Can be activated remotely anywhere
- Spatial Displacement Pad -buying one creates both A.)* Creates a teleportation pad between two points in YOUR jungle. Cooldown 30/20/10. B.)*Only 1 champion may travel at a time
Turret Improvements 1.)SMS(Smart Farm System)- Turrets that kill minions gives you the gold. 2.)ROF(Rate of Fire)- Increases the turrets rate of fire, turrets focus enemy champions. 3.)Ivory Tower-Greatly increases turret durability. After turret is destroyed, it will spawn an additional turret that will self destruct in 45s.

Building a Circuit in a Section Rules and Construction
- A component must have connections entering and exiting the section (no loose ends)
- Components and Grid Lines cannot be too close to one another
- Grid Lines and Components can be move around or replaced. However, making edits puts this capability on a 25 second cooldown
- Various configurations will have various results. For example, a certain configuration will turn magic damaging spells and penetration into physical damaging ones; one will grant you increased tenacity; another could give reduced damage from projectiles etc. I have not listed configurations here.
##[Q] -- Arc Bolt Fires a bolt of electricity in a line skillshot. The skillshot has the hitbox of a lightning bolt symbols (Zig-Zags). The bolt extends from Ferahertz and ends at the end of the skillshot. Enemies hit by the end of the skillshot take 50/60/70/75/80 (65%AP) as magic damage and stunning them for 1.3 seconds. Enemies hit with the zig-zag lightening are paralyzed. Paralyzed enemies have a random chance to be stunned from anywhere between 0 seconds to 1.3 seconds. Cost: 50-75 | Cooldown: [12/11/9/8/7/6]

##[W] -- Arc Flash/Hextech Magnet Two different effects depending on the condition. Each active has separate cooldowns
Standing on a grid line (Arc Flash) Energizes all the grid lines in the section dealing 40/50/60/75/80(55%AP). Energizing a line disables the bonuses from the section for 20/15/10/8/5 (Not effected by CDR)
Not Standing on a grid line (Hextech Magnet) Line skill shot that fires in 2 directions that differ by 180 degrees (think of Thresh E with this ability). When an enemy is hit with one end, they are pushed, the smaller their size, the farther they go. The opposite line pulls enemies towards you. Launching a minion or monster at an enemy deals 30/45/50/55/60(40%AP) physical damage

##[E] --Hexelectric Pulse Coil **Active ** Selects a coil position (think twisted fate w). Places down a coil (can hold three charges). The coil sticks in the ground (like Heimers turrets). They can be destroyed by hitting them 3/4/5/6/7 times with ranged attacks or 1/1/2/2/3 times with melee attacks.
Activating this ability on a coil through pointing and clicking Energizes the coil causing it to push all enemies or to pull all enemies in, depending on the position placed (radius 200 units). If placed on a grid line, coming in contact with the coil deals 20/30/35/40/50(50%AP) Cost: 55 | Cooldown: [20/15/13/9/8] for placement and each coil goes on this cooldown if they were activated
##[Ultimate] -- Overload Fires a larger version of Arc Bolt that can be cast over 1000 units and is much large in size. Energizes grid lines that deals 200/300/400(75%AP)(section does not go on cooldown this way) . Same CC effects as Arc Bolt, but end of bolt stun increase from 2-3.5 seconds depending on distance traveled. Cost: 100 | Cooldown: [150/100/70]
