Dr. Not sure what to do with him, but he looks like he'd fit well with the theme

Psychiatrist professional attire, bun hairstyle, glasses, earrings. Wanted here to be a psychiatrists due to snakes being associated with hypnosis in culture

Patient His shovel is replaced with an IV pole and bag (the pole with the liquid that goes is attached to a patient), is in a patients outfit, along with his minions, his w is the hospital screen that divides two patients that are in one room, his ult is dressed as a nurse, and his e is a sneeze (nasty i know)

The concepts is more important than the actually executions of it. Don't have too much of a good idea of what features could be put in skins. Most of them are supports, but supports just fit the theme so well.
