Here I'm going to share some concepts that can fit some champions.

[ Tainted/Corrupted Lucian ] - this is a version of Lucian that was corrupted after the loss of his wife, joining the shadows after seeing everything lost and no point to keep fighting.

[ Commando Urgot ] - similar to the commando skin lines, an Urgot built for warfare. reference from Sucker Punch movie.

[ Demonslayer/Ghostslayer] - a version of Aatrox where he lives to slay demons and ghosts.

[ Wandering Tryndamere ] - a version of Tryndamere where he wears a kimono, wields a daikatana in 1-hand, possibly wandering after the destruction of his village, seeking for revenge.

[ Winged Hecarim ] - simply a version of him being a winged centaur.
