Mastery 7 rewards

Hey guys Wreckz here and i wanted to propose an idea bout mastery 7.So mastery 7 is pretty rough to get and doesent reward with alot except those sweet bms.How about if you get mastery 7 u get one free skin for that champ that is below 1350 - 750.This would reward those dedicated players that tried really hard or we could do like 3 s in a row and you get a skin(s-??).I just thought i would share my idea

TlDr: Give skins to people with mastery level 7 that is below 1350
