Concept: Slender man, the stalker (

Before I begin, yes this is partially influenced by crazy Boris's champion spotlight video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ta0HgAgjNQ) But this is also mine and a friends creation.

Now that I've gotten that out of the way, I will talk about champion design. Slender man is an assassin most comfortable at top or jungle, who relies on his dash, passive, and map control elements to dominate and ruin any carries day. After I'm done with his ability descriptions I will tackle the why's behind his kit. His story overall is very broad and honestly I'm lazy, so if this post gets a few replies I might consider it.

Passive: Don't Look Champions that stare directly at slender man for more than 4 seconds are feared for 1.25 second. Can not occur more than once against the same champion more than once per 45 seconds

This passive is tied greatly to the slender man mytho's, and is essential to his kit. Not just a character development move, it shuts down carries who would love to basic attack you until you die (they tend to do that). This aspect also keeps top laners on their toes. Jungler coming in for a gank? Pick a fight that seems a sure lose, the fear will keep you alive long enough for the jungler to pick up the pieces.

Q: Slenderportal Slender man teleports directly in front of a champion at 700 range, dealing (50/90/130/170/210 +.6ap)and applying on hit effects. If enemy champions within slenderportals range are feared, the cooldown resets. (10 second cooldown)

Slenderman's bread and butter ability. Around the same range and with slightly more cooldown than Irelia's dash, but with a different set of mechanics. Notice that you teleport directly infront of the enemy champion? coordinate roots with your teammates to help those 4 seconds from your passive go off sooner. The damage is moderate but demands respect. Use it to set up plays, harass, and chase down fleeing enemys

W: Tentacles For 6 seconds slenderman gains 350 attack range (475 total range when casted). During this time his basics deal 25% of his ap as magic damage and apply a 5% stacking slow. If the slow from tentacles reaches 20%, the enemy effected is rooted for (1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2) seconds. (18/17/16/15/14)

The root helps proc your passive. The range makes it possible for that root to happen. the damage makes out attacking relative on a mainly ap champion.

E: Slendernote Slenderman lays a haunted note at target location, which becomes invisible after 3 seconds if not activated. Upon contact by neutral monsters or enemy champions it haunts them, dealing (80/130/180/230/280 +.4ap) damage in a 250 radius over 3 seconds and revealing that area for 5 seconds. Additionaly, upon its detonation, Slenderman gains a shield equal to 10% of his max health for 1 second. (22/21/20/19/18)

In the jungle, use it to control your jungle. Early jungle it helps you survive your relatively weak overall jungling, dealing aoe damage and giving a decent shield. In top, use it to warn you of ganks. Don't forget decent damage.

R: Despair Slender man selects a champion at 900 range. After channeling for 1.5 seconds he teleports to the champion, encasing them in dark energies in a 350 radius circle, blocking basic attacks and projectiles from the outside, and escape from the inside(can still be flashed through). While inside slenderman and the champions vision are reduced to 350. Additionally, the champion take (100/150/200 +.3ap) damage every second for 3 seconds, (max 300/450/600 +.9ap) (140/120/100)

This is a shut down a champion ult, comparable to talon, zed, and fizz, but again with twists. The channel means you should choose your time wisely, waiting until the champions hard cc is used up. Also keep up that your vision is also reduced along with the champions. If the champions is on the cusp of several teamates, you may be awaiting certain death at the end of this spell, ask for team help and be careful. The damage is large but not obscene, most important is how it keeps you and an enemy in close contact for several seconds. have your w up and try to nuke them before the spell ends.

Thoughts, comments? This was a pet project with some friends over presidents day weekend, this is my first champion, and for all I know he may be hopelessly op or terrible. Thank you for hearing me out!
