Vladimir rework idea

Hello! I heard the immobile Mage rework was coming up and decided to pitch an idea. While I don't consider myself a vlad main at all, I enjoy playing him but see the serious issues with his kit. His low cooldown no cost sustain/poke tool may start out awful but soon becomes extremely hard to deal with and his spammable kit feels like a grind to face with few oppurtunitys to beat. I wanted to keep things people like about playing him (spam, troll pool, sustain) while forcing him to work harder and commit to trades longer than q and run away. In compensation he gets some more tools, including a very thematic ult in which he converts his enemy's into a personal vampire fan club for a short while. He also loses his simple health from damage passive in exchange for situational tackiness with shielding, damage reduction and his classic spell vamp. I could see a full build as Wota, rylais, spirit visage, sorc shoes, liandrys, void staff, favoring spell pen and survivability over full glass cannon.

Vladamir Passive: hemoplague Champions hit by vladamirs spell are infected with a blood plague, vladamir gains (10/15/20) spell vamp versus them and they take (5/7.5/10) percent more damage from all sources for 4 seconds. The spell vamp and additional damage increases at levels 7 and 12 (note: a spell doesn't trigger this for itself, only additional spells and attacks can reap the benefits for this)

Q: transfusion Cool down: 7/6/5/4/3 Cost: 50 health Range: 550

Vladamir instantly damages an enemy for (110/150/190/230/270 +45% AP) magic damage and gains a shield for 1/2 of damage dealt (before resistances) if the target is affected by hemoplague. The shield decays over 6 seconds. The shield can stack with itself but maxes at (250/325/400/475/550)

W: blood pool Cool down: 22/20/18/16/14 Cost: 15% of vladimir's current health Range: 350 radius circle

passive: vladamir drains the life force of those around him in a 600 range, reducing their damage to him by (5/7.5/10/12.5/15) percent as long as they are infected by hemoplague.

Active:Vladamir disappears into a pool of blood for 1 second, dealing (70/110/150/190/240 + 60% AP) magic damage over 2 seconds and slowing enemies hit by 20% for 2 seconds. Vladimir cannot move for this time but is untargetable. If an enemy unit hit is affected by hemoplague the slow is increased to 70%

E: exsanguinate Cool down: 6 Cost:50/60/70/80/90 health Range: 500 range cone

vladamir damages enemies in a cone in front of him for (90/120/150/180/210 + 45% AP) magic damage). If an enemy is infected by hemoplague this spell ignores 30 percent of its total magic resist.

Ultimate: Crimson pact Cool down: 130/110/90 Cost: none Range: 700 Vladamir twists the mind of all enemy champions infected by hemoplague, causing them to walk towards Vladamir harmlessly for 2 seconds (like a charm, but no lovey affects) while taking (150/250/350 +70% AP) damage over 5 seconds.

doesn't solve the issue they want to focus with the vlad rework (point and click harass+sustain) you basically just moved the sustain part to his passive and made all his skills get the extra sustain while keeping a point and click spell. If anything you increased the issue by doing that.

And that ult is absurdly overpowered with your E+Q. Being able to effectively remove an entire teams ability to do anything without cleanse/qss with a point and click ability + a cone effect is just obscene.

Damage across the board is too high considering his passive.

You should reconsider those Hemoplague interactions. No one really appreciates a full damage and sustain mage that can also function like a tank at the same time.

Really like the ult, though. Unfortunately, it would make it impossible to fight back on top of his shield and pool.
