"El veneno es mi corona. Los enfermos son mis temas."

Malturo Amezquita is one of Zaun's powerful and influential Chem-Barons. His skills in both alchemy and business are legendary, and even the mad chemist Singed does his best to stay out of this mastermind's way. Malturo has taken a keen interest in the Ionian state and their views on neutrality, inner spirit and balance. He finds that the idea of peace and balance defeating the brute strength and brutality of Noxus is laughable, but he cannot deny the truth of what happened. In order to research it more, he has traveled to Ionia. He intends to capture the powerful warrior Irelia and poison her. Once she is weakened, he will bind her to a wall and watch the venom eat away at her body for days, waiting and observing to see if and when her spirit breaks. If this inner peace is really more powerful than his toxins, he might be able to extract it. After all, if Irelia's will can counteract his poisons, scientifically it must have some presence in her blood, no?

Role

Malturo is a disruptor, and a deadly one at that. Though he is not powerful enough to lane on his own, he is more than content to let his servant carry do the work for him while he coats bot lane in a fog of despair. All-in supports will be too weak to try and attack him, while sustain supports will be burning through their resources and dodging as many zones as possible to try and keep them healthy enough to live through a dive. Poke supports will have an easy time dealing with a bad Malturo, but of course if the support can't land their poke then they are going to have a bad time.

In team fights, Malturo is devastating the longer he stays up. As a support he will have 40-45% CDR relatively early in the mid game, and so it should be the prime focus of the initiators to separate him from his team so that he can get blown up quickly. If Malturo stays in the back and stays moving, he will be able to dictate fights as a true baron should.

Health - 489-1747 Health Regen - 4.8 - 12 Mana - 350 - 1150 Mana Regen - 11.5 - 18.3

Attack Damage - 56 - 109 Attack Range - 125 Attack Speed - 0.659 (+0% - +48%) Armor - 22 - 88 Magic Resist - 32.1 - 53.4 Move Speed - 335

Passive - La Proporcion del Diablo - Whenever Malturo's ally kills a unit within 700 range of him, (but not if he kills the unit himself) he gains a stack of Devil's Share. At 20 stacks, the passive is consumed and a health potion is automatically added to his inventory (or a biscuit if he has the mastery that transforms health potions to biscuits). If Malturo does not have room in his inventory for a potion, he drinks the health potion immediately when the passive procs.

Q - La Toxina del Rey Cost 50/55/60/65/70 Mana Cooldown 10 seconds Malturo tosses a cask that creates a cloud of poison for 5 seconds. Enemies inside this poison take 10/30/50/70/90 (+10% AP) magic damage per second. Those hit by the flask's detonation are Near-Sighted for 1 second.

W - El Imperio de la Ley Cost 80 mana Cooldown 10 seconds Malturo marks the area immediately around him as his territory for 3 seconds (This area moves with Malturo). Enemies inside the area are slowed by 40/45/50/55/60% and if they stay in the area for 2 seconds they are stunned for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.

E - La Picadura del Escorpion Cost 50/45/40/35/30 mana Cooldown 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 seconds Malturo draws a whip from his belt and snaps it in a line (has a cast time similar to Jinx's Zap!), dealing 65/95/125/155/185 (+50% AP) magic damage to all enemies struck.

R - El Mausoleo del Emperador Cost 100 mana Cooldown 120/110/100 seconds Malturo takes a drink of his own venom and spits it in a fiery ring around a large area that burns for 6 seconds. Enemies who attempt to move through the ring are poisoned, receiving 20/30/40% (+1% per 50 AP) of their maximum health in magic damage over 5 seconds and being slowed by 50/65/80% (decaying over the same duration). Enemies who attempt to dash out of the ring are knocked back to the center of it, taking 150/300/450 (+100% AP) magic damage.

Allies within the ring are empowered, dealing an additional 20/35/50 magic damage over 3 seconds with each auto attack and slowing any enemy hit by 30/40/50%, decaying over 1.5 seconds.
