[Champion Concept] Olim, The ghostly god of war (dream realm champion)

Short info

He is from the Dream Realm. He was reborn in Plane of Sanity. He originally was Rakkor warrior, but after his death memories of him reformed inside of the Dream Realm recreating him in a ghostly form. He managed to escape the Dream Realm and get back to Runeterra through failed summoning ritual of newbie summoner. Only thing resembling war is the league of legends, so he joins it to feel alive again.

#COMBAT

Attack range: 200

Passive: Ghostly Aegis: reduce damage you take from basic attacks from enemy champions by 5%. In addition, after being hit 5 times with basic attack from enemy champion, automatically block 6th basic attack.

Masterful Impale [q] Charge at your target impaling him/her dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+120% of attack damage) physical damage and suppressing him/her for 1,2 sec while performing no other actions. You can reactive this ability again to throw your suppressed enemy in chosen direction. Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 sec Mana cost: 50 Range: 365 Throw range: 280

Phantom Barrier [w] Slowly generate shield increasing in power by 20/35/50/65/80 (+15% of ability power) every sec for 5 sec. After shield is fully built it will lasts for 6 sec. Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16 sec Mana cost: 80

Ghostly Shout [e] Reduce movement speed of nearby enemies by 5/10/15/20/25% and increase movement speed of nearby allies (you included) by 4/6/8/10/12% for 3 sec. Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 sec Mana cost: 55/58/61/64/67 Range: 420

Ghost of War [r] Become untargetable and immune to all damage for 2,5 sec transforming into pure ghostly energy. While transformed you can move, but can not attack. Upon exiting this form deal 200/275/350 (+160% of attack damage) (+100% of ability power) magic damage to all nearby enemies around you. Cooldown: 120/110/100 sec Mana cost: 110/120/130 Range: 395

Steal. As in take without permission. Or, take and don't source where you got it. You do this with almost all of the champion concepts you post.

See that? That's a source. By doing this you help the person who actually did the work get recognition for it by leading people back to a place where they can find more of their work. Good to see you're still hostile though. More stuff to report you for :)

I have three things to say to you:

  1. If it have multiple sources and people post it on internet, then other people using it on non-profit activity isn't count as stealing. But then again, some people might be too stupid to get that.

  1. That doesn't make them any less in the wrong either. But you're taking someone else art and posting it on YOUR work with the express purpose of it being eye catching to people and Riot. You're stealing someone else's content for your own content with no effort to cite a source. You can't do that.
  2. Except the fact that the poster sources the original image he was recreating. It literally took me 30 seconds to google.
  3. I'm not being hostile. You started being hostile towards someone else, I explained why you were in the wrong. I've never called you a name or insulted you, where as you insult people on a regular basis. Yes I do follow you, but it's not like it's hard considering you post about 2 or more ideas every other day. And the reason I do is so that when you begin insulting people I can report you. The forums doesn't need your attitude. Fix it or face the consequences. This has nothing to do with you 'hurting me'. This is everything to do with you being rude.

First, thank you for acknowledging that you were wrong. Yeh I would. He is an artist for a living, and they know better than to steal peoples work because the second you are caught doing it your career is over. I guarantee you that artists at Riot wouldn't dream of posting content that wasn't theirs without either expressly recognising the original artists. And yes I'm sure there are, just like you took his work without bothering to source it, so have many others.

And I report because I can. Is that why you're so hostile? Because I've told you before and I'll keep telling you: I'll stop reporting when you stop abusing people.

What troll? I'm trying to tell you to source your images and fix your attitude. Again I haven't insulted you or put you down. I explained things to you and answered questions.

But again, **thank you for acknowledging that you were wrong. **I know it's hard to admit sometimes, but by blowing me off like that you just show you realised you had no argument and so you gave up. It's funny how it's only now, after I answered your questions and you didn't answer mine (because that would mean admitting you were wrong and I was right), that now is a bad time to 'feed trolls.'

Interesting champion

E trade out the MS buff to allies and make it an AS buff instead

Ult It looks somewhat like something I tried with one of my champions I got chewed out by just about everyone who reviewed it. Most people fear this kind of ability regardless of how much you try to balance it.

I've been working on him for almost 4 years now. I try to spend a lot of time trying to finish a champion before moving on to the next. any suggestion for Zimn? Please post on his thread it just makes it easier to implement.

Nice concept! Reminds me a lot of Pantheon, in fact, the inspiration art could be pretty easily turned into an amazing Pantheon skin.

Pantheon have weapon and shield in different hands, so for that weapon would need to be reversed. Also, he was from same tribe as Pantheon, so they should know each other.

It's usually not the biggest priority when I build Pantheon. New items may change that.

I don't mean to disrespect your creation. It looks a little overloaded but it's not crazy and league seems to be transitioning towards more thoughtful use of abilities. I just see some things that would be interesting to see on a Pantheon rework.

Though your scalings feel high. Not that I'm good at scalings. Avoided them in the champion I posted since I didn't know what to think.

Combined with the ability to throw that target in any direction and you have yourself a scary AD support. Now you do have these abilities on reasonably high cooldowns, though with enough points in the cunning tree and the right items you can have 45% CDR in season six, which could make this very spammable. Which might be intended, but a spammable suppression may be too much.

Ok, so, at 45% CDR you would be seeing 120% AD on Q with 6 sec cooldown. That 20% of AD per sec. And now we are talking about sacrificing AD for CDR. Some goes with R: 3% of AD per sec.

Now, don't forget that this is only two damage dealing abilities. Only 2 out of 4 abilities deal damage, and one is his ulty. So, on average this champ have 70% of AD per ability. What is the problem with that?

Combined with the new Essence reaver, Deaths Dance, and a couple of crit items you could build the CDR without sacrificing much damage.

Now you probably know more than me on these scalings. But what about the suppression? Why do you think it's fine?

I am not familiar with new masteries and items, but i do calculations for every champion concept i make with current masteries and items. Everything is calculated, as some people say.

Suppression is like a stun, but you also will not be able to act.

Lets compare this champ with Leona and Taric:

  1. This champ can suppress for 1,2 sec. He can't do anything else, but to throw his enemy reducing time of suppression.
  2. Leona can stun for 1,25 sec. During this time she can do whatever she wants.
  3. Taric can stun for 1,6 sec. This is a ranged stun and he still can do whatever he wants.

What is better? Hmmm? Stun or suppression?

Seems like a good support. And would be a pretty good AD support like we've been looking for.

Though his builds including BotRK I don't like much... he has no ratios on E and no AD(and really small AP) on W, but his Q and R have tremendous ratios making up for it, not to mention he could build crit to make up for the lost AA damage in BotRK.

I wasn't aiming for AD support, but you do have the point.

His W have pretty high AP ratio, but building AP only for that wouldn't be a good idea.

Also, i am not sure what kind of support built would for for him, though.

Defensively. His Q is a great positioning tool, so combined with his passive you have a wall of armor (when you build him tanky) who grabs your carry and throws them to his team to be slaughtered.

His Q seems to have too good of an AD scaling

Besides that, I think he's good.
