Ignite - grant bonus 2-19 bonus adaptive damage while off cooldown Exhaust - extra 10% armor and MR reduction Smite - grant bonus 50 gold on monster and champion kills with smite

Summoner's Durability - grants bonus effects or passives to the following summoner spells

heal - extra 70% health regen and 5% movement speed while on cooldown Barrier - an extra 30 HP on the shiled Ghost - passively gain 15% reduced damage that decays as the spell gets closer to getting off cooldown

Summoner's Cunning - Grants bonus effects or passives on the following summoner spells

flash - extra 50 range Teleport - faster channel cleans - extra 1.25 seconds of debuff and CC reduction

So a new rune that enhances summoner spells?

It's definetly too strong for a small rune but this could be a good idea for a potential Spellbook rework.

So Spellbook would enhance summoner spells and also be able to swap them Maybe even make it so Spellbook could swap summoners to retired ones?

That would be cool.
