UNIQUE Active - Ceremony: Designate an allied champion as your Link.
UNIQUE Passive - Comradery: You and your Link gain +10% Attack Speed. Your Link must be nearby in order to gain this benefit.
UNIQUE Passive - Spellblade: After using an ability, the next basic attack deals bonus magic damage equal to 75% Base Attack Damage (+5 per 25% Base Mana Regen you have) on hit, and reduces the target enemy's attack speed by 15% for 4 seconds (1.5 second cooldown).
Also, as part of this item's existence, 
would have a small change to her W.
- The bonus attack speed boost gained from Deadly Plumnage (W) has been reduced from 30/35/40/45/50% to 25/30/35/40/45%.
It seems like an odd combination of stats, but it could be great for any sheen support who likes to give a bit of a boost to their ally's attack speed, without having to worry about AP scaling from a lich bane.
If the cost were to increase, the gold efficiency would be as follows:
- 2700 Gold Cost, 84.88% Gold Efficient
- 2800 Gold Cost, 81.85% Gold Efficient
- 2900 Gold Cost, 79.03% Gold Efficient
- 3000 Gold Cost, 76.40% Gold Efficient
- 3100 Gold Cost, 73.94% Gold Efficient
- 3200 Gold Cost, 71.63% Gold Efficient
(2700) is 93.83%.
(3200) is 71.35%.
(3733) is 87.66%.
Changelog 24/10/2018:
- Removed the 5% movement speed buff from the Comradery passive.
- Reduced Base Mana Regen from 100% to 50%.
- Reduced Spellblade damage from 125% Base Attack Damage to 75% Base Attack Damage.
- Added gold efficiency, which includes the buff to the ally.
