Victorious Skins should be available

EDITED While the below is an idea, the summoner Oraenos has an even better one. For those who made it to gold, give them a choice of which skin they can get. This is a great idea. Thank you Oraenos.

Hear me out on this. There are a lot of us that are stuck in Bronze or Silver no matter how hard we try to carry our team. There are those of us that main the champions that have the Victorious skins and because of the reasons listed above we are unable to enjoy the skins.

I say, give the Victorious skins for free to those that have somehow made it to gold but to those of us that are stuck in the lesser ranks, have them available for a limited time but at a high price and a year after they were originally released. Like that of an Ultimate skin or even more. If we really want the skin that badly then we should be able to find a way to pay for it.

I'm desperately trying to get to Gold for the skin, but even if I don't make it, I don't agree with this. Higher tiers deserve rewards for their efforts, even if they got there by sheer luck.

Im sad I missed Victorious Elise, but no. Its a free skin all in all and they hardly have any rare skins now. So I dont see the reason to make it worth LESS then it is

I would get Jarvan, no questions asked, but they really should not be available. They are supposed to be something to show off the skill you have in the game, and it is just unique to have a victorious skin, that your earned from either getting gold(Whether by luck or not) or higher. I don't have any, but in my head, I should earn it, not buy it.

The whole system of ranked would collapse. All the stress, sweat, blood and hard work you invested to climb that ferocious mountain. Once you made it, all of that goes to hell the moment you hear the sound of a helicopter approaching and landing next to you with a smiling snob coming out of it.

Now an alternative suggestion: Next year, on top of a new Victorious skin, you are able to obtain the one form last year or the year(s) before as a bonus.
