Koi Nami bugs

When I choose a color the new Element Chroma pack, it doesn't go through in game. It says I chose it in skin select but when go in game it doesn't show. Also, I've noticed during her auto attack animations, during one animation her tail becomes all fin. Like the fins at the end of her tail. The fin thing is weird and the Chroma thing is frustrating.
