Who do you guys think is going to get the Harrowing skin this year? My duo partner thinks that it's going to be Jinx 
since she's due for a skin but what does everybody else think? And what do you think the skin will look like? I'm so excited to see everyone's ideas and the actual skin. Is it October yet?
I would like to see Jinx get one; she could definitely use a Harrowing skin to match her personality.

i was thinking of a lunar revel skin for jinx, she shoots fireworks and kinda has the imbeded design of panda annie's clothes, but i was thinking of a harrowing skin for lulu, Like "Jack-o-Lulu, and she turns people into Jack-o-lanterns, and her pix is a bat, and her stick would be a long top root of a pumpkin with vines on it, and she shoots glowing orange light that would be shown inside the jack-o-lantern like glowing orange stuff, as her basic attack and Q like i said for her W she turns people into Jack-O-Lanterns, and for her E it would the shield would have little pumpkin faces floating around the person she shields and the attack towards enemies would kinda look the same as it does in all her skins pix just teleports to the enemy, and her ulti makes the person have jack-o-Lanters all around them and it's orange and sparkly and it looks like their in the middle of a jackolantern field with ghosts flying out of jack o lanterns and of course the tree trunk that comes up and hits enemies into the air will be jack-o-lanterns, and her outfit design would look something like this but with orange and black tripped leggings
