Black Screen Where Loading Screen Should Be

My client is fine, my internet too. I get into champ select and everything goes fine until I get to where the loading screen is supposed to be. My screen goes black then flashes like it will get into the loading screen (it always does this) but instead of a loading screen it's just black again. I can't get into game at all. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting, uninstalling and reinstalling, firewall, and DNS stuff but it still happens. This is day 3 and it's very frustrating and disheartening. I've also noticed that others are having this same issue.
