Especially his Q. The range of it is ridiculous as is the power. That and the fact that I've seen some Zileans placing more than one Time Bomb on a person when the damage it does it more than 900 which is too easy a two-hit, even with Magic Resist.

Willahelm Fulber2 votesIt costs 130 mana for 1 q, and 50 mana for his w, meaning 310 mana cost if he's already maxed his time bomb.
The reason this isn't overpowered is because of his horribly low hp (380 (+71/level)) and mana pool (260 (+60/level)). If Zilean is played, it's likely they're going to go for a build that provides maximum mana and AP. (RoA + Seraph's Embrace), so you want to play around this build.
Hyrum Graff1 votesTo play against zilean, you have to understand him: once he uses his time bombs, he has literally NO damage left.
So when he comes forward to bomb you, do not just let him bomb you and walk away. Instead, attack him back, even after he puts the bombs on you - he's got no more damage. He's also very squishy. Especially pre-6, if you can get some cc on him, he'll take a LOT of damage. Post-6, watch for the ult.
