Entropy Based Tank Champion
Simple idea of a character who is basically some kind of entropy based being who's entire purpose is to slowly erode away at enemies.
Passive - Living Wasteland: Enemies around you (within an aoe radius) slowly take flat amounts of Magic damage over time. Does not apply spell effects
Q - All Must Rot: Toggle - When activated, your passive grows twice as big and slowly lowers the armor and magic resist of enemy enemy within the circle over time, the armor and magic resist will be restored after spending a few seconds outside of Living Wasteland. (upgrading increases the armor and magic resist degradation speed) (costs a high amount of mana)
W - The Grasp of Mortality: Send out a slow but wide skillshot of a grasping hand that pulls in an enemy and then gives them a minor slow that lasts for around six seconds at the end of the pull. This slow will quickly grow stronger (but not have any longer duration) as long as the enemy stays within Living Wasteland.
E - Close To Death: Passive - Enemies below a certain percentage of health, while inside Living Wasteland, take bonus magic damage from all sources (aka, ADC autoattacks will also proc it, allied damage spells, even minions, will all proc it. However, casting spells from health will not proc the bonus damage)
R - The Inevitable End: When Activated, for a few seconds you gain bonus movement speed based off how much Armor you have, and bonus tenacity based off how much Magic Resist you have. Along with this, all allies within your passive gain the same buff and also a weaker copy of your passive.
