His first skin (and his best) was an abomination of colours before it got saved with chromas, and his second skin was a rather uninspired 720 rp skin, his third was his PROJECT which is by far one of the worst PROJECT skins right next to Leona's. Then he got an SKT skin which was just a mess of polygons and design choices. And now? He gets a Halloween, and it's just pure aweful, in fact every Halloween skin this year is boring.
I disagree ENTIRELY. His skin is adorable, and it works perfectly capturing the Halloween hooligan look. The Janna and Kled skins look equally as fun and entertaining, and they all capture that perfectly campy Halloween feel.
I think thats just your opinion, which you are entitled to, but that doesn't mean that they have messed up in the slightest. I personally love how they executed the project skin, as well as his first skin and the halloween one. They feel as though they were put together very well, and this halloween one is one of my favorites of his so far.
