Now that Ekko's passive dosn't slow can it allow him to pass through units?

So everytime he triggers it it allows him to pass through units while he has the movment speed boost. A miner quality of life change the furhter pushes the idea of repositioning after every proc and encourages him to do more risky trades in lane. Just a random thought I had, what do you think?
