I once was happy and had a person to love. We were happy together and nothing else mattered. But, they took it away from me, they took the happiness, they took away my feelings and reason to live. They took away the one person i loved and left me with nothing. No one thought that i could do anything. Only sorrow and despair. They left me alone, but they will regret it. They will regret leaving me alive, because i am a man with nothing to lose. I am a man who feels nothing and fears nothing. They left me only with sorrow, but i will leave them with nothing. -- Mesto Azazel before forming a pact with a demon.

I see a lot of good things here :) I can't seem to open the picture though...

I really like the special mechanic!! It's really unique and interesting, and not too OP. I just hink that it should be part of his passive (or just be his passive) in stead of an extra mechanic. No other champion has a "extra mechanic" like that. Still a good idea though.

the Passive is a bit unclear to me...Is that true damage the only damage he does or is that EXTRA damage....like on top of his normal AD damage?...I also think that trading out your own HP for that (wether its bonus damage or the actual damage) is a bad idea, since he has no ability to regain it (aside from maybe his ultimate).

His Q is very cool aswell :) bringing with you a moving pack of mist is a cool mechanic that i could see working very well as a jungling ability. It's not too OP because you can see the mist coming, and while in the mist you can still see him like in a bush. Cool idea indeed.

His W on the other hand is maybe a bit too much....a slow on top of a attack speed debuff on top of a critical strike reduction on top of a magic damage reduction may sound very awesome, but is a tad bit overloaded...especially with a fairly low cooldown such as that...

His E is another perfectly good jungling ability :) nothing more to say on that actually. Its just good and solid, not too strong but not too weak.

His R made me think of destiny bond (you know, that attack from pokemon) a little. It's really cool and you've balanced it fairly well for as far as i can tell :)

All in all a cool concept ^^

Well, some have a little bit similar like that: Gangplank have his ulty upgrade though his own currency. This is just raw stats for gold once. Unique way to have a little more customization for a champion, if you will.

Passive is bonus damage. Normal damage based on AD + passive true damage. His passive is a trade. Health for damage. You do more damage than lose health. Also, that is why in my build examples for every basic attack based build i have him sustain item. Think of old Sion with his enrage. Well, this is a little bit similar, but work a little bit more like execute. Losing some health is a balance think to not make his passive into clone of Irelia's OP ability.

While W is a bit strong for a single ability, imagine him ganking or roaming. He have no dash, pull or other mobility spell. Only way for him to come closer to an enemy is to slow him/her (similar like Nasus). However, he isn't tanky at all, he doesn't have hard CC, so only logical way would be to weaken enemy. If enemy is weaken and slower for a while, then this champion can come close to him/her and fight. Imagine Nasus without its slow, what wold happen to him?

Digimon > Pokemon. Just sayin'.

true true, i almost forgot about gangplank...but thats still part of his ultimate and not some extra mechanic...where would this be apparent in the champion description for example? :)

I already got the fact that you added the health penalty as a way to balance the passive and i do understand that. But like you said, he is no tank...Sion was a tank and could thus afford to lose some health. Im not saying its a bad ability, but just that it may not be the balance you should look for in this particular kit :)

What you say about his W is also true, and considering that he takes damage for dealing damage and isn't tanky, the other debuffs sound less OP. I still think that you could have done that some other way...but for now, it is a good ability :)

I think that you have awesome ideas for abilities but combined they are a bit tricky...thats my personal opinion. A passive that cannot be deactivated and damages the champion himself for dealing damage, while he's not tanky by himself just sounds very dangerous. Try to think of possible ways to balance out the passive without damaging himself, or maybe give him some way to recover the lost health (maybe that he heals all or part of the health he used if he lands a kill?). I am very sorry that the upvote i gave you does not get this into the + :/

Digimon > Pokemon? ooooooh...thin ice my friend...thin ice ;P

Wanna learn a secret? I made tons of champion concept with hundred of different abilities. Sometimes i make short ones (like this one) to test out their kits and try to get some reviews to check for any bugs i might missed. After that, with abilities a like who are balanced, fun and unique i create long concepts. These short one are like beta test. Real legit concept are much longer with lore and stuff.

Not to brag, but i am much smarter than usual person and i get tons of different ideas every day. How to filter them out and leave only the best ones? My answer is by making these short concepts. These can have bugs, strange or clunky abilities, may be a little bit OP or UP. For example gaining health back with passive was a good idea. One bug fixed.

I saw that you have a lot indeed XP and i'm not accusing you of being stupid or anything :) im just giving my opinion. Saying that you are smarter then the average person here might be a bit overstating it...you don't even know them personally...maybe they might not be as smart in league or with concepts, but they can have other things they are good at ^^

I usually just get an idea and work that out until im happy with it before i post it on the boards. I try to work out every craves, bug or mistake myself first and then ask the community. I like to post fully worked out concepts ^^ but thats MY work-method....you do what you like best :) for now i say, good abilities....maybe a bit of a long name for the champion...try to work them into a new and final idea and see what the community thinks ^^
