Annie Annie, the Pyromantic Child Role: Burst Position(s): Mid, Support

Pros: High Burst damage, CC, good in Teamfights Cons: Squishy, no mobility, high mana costs

Pyromania (Unchanged Passive): Annie gains a stack if she uses an ability. At 4 stacks, her next damaging ability that hits a target consumes all stacks and stuns the target for 1 (+0.25 at the levels 4, 7, 10 and 13) seconds.

Disintegrate (Adjusted Q): Annie throws a large fireball, dealing magic damage to the first enemy hit. If it hits an enemy, it will explode with a radius of 275, dealing reduced magic damage to all enemies nearby.

If Disintegrate hits an enemy champion, Annie refunds 50% of it's mana costs (25% if it hits a minion).

If Disintegrate kills an unit, 50% of the cooldown gets refunded and Annie gains 50 (+3 per level) Mana.

Fiery Storm (New W): Annie releases a cone of fire in the target direction for 5 seconds, dealing magic damage over time and gaining a barrier while slowing all enemies who run towards her by 90%.

During the channel she cannot perform other actions. Reactivating the ability cancels it early. Hard CC also interrupts the ability.

  • Magic Damage per second: 15/30/45/60/75 (+35% AP)
  • Shield Strength: 50/80/110/140/170 (+60% AP)
  • Effect Radius: 900
  • Angle: 70°
  • Cooldown: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds
  • Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 Mana

Hellfire Rage (New E): Annie channels for 2 seconds. If the channel completes, the cooldowns of Disintegrate and Fiery Storm get reset and she gets Enraged for 6 seconds.

Enraged: The next activation of Disintegrate or Fiery Storm consumes Enraged and deals increased damage.

  • Increased damage: 40/50/60/70/80%
  • Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds
  • Cost: 30/40/50/60/70 Mana

Tibbers! (Adjusted R): Annie summons Tibbers in the chosen location. He then remains as a controllable pet for up to 45 seconds.

If Annie summons Tibbers, stuns an enemy, gets Enraged or dies, Tibbers gets Angry for 5 seconds.

Angry: Tibbers' next attack against an enemy roots the enemy for 0.5 seconds and then knocks him back 600 units away, suffering damage if hitting an enemy champion or wall. This attack consumes Angry and Tibbers can only throw an enemy once every 45 seconds.

  • Tibbers Health: 1000/2000/3000 (+20% AP)
  • Tibbers Damage: 50/75/100 (+15% AP)
  • Damage on impact: 135/170/205 (+1.5% of enemy's maximum Health) (+35% AP)
  • Target Range: 600
  • Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds
  • Cost: 100 Mana
