Cuz they don't do that with emotes already? That's basically the whole reason most people use them.

Ex: the last darius vs renekton match I played where I destroyed him like 8 times in lane while only dying once I spammed the Darius "you're next" emote at him because he kept spamming emotes. Then I felt that was a bit far to taunt him with an emote of his own champ every time he died, so I stopped.

Which from what ive read BMing is actually a reportable offense. But The whole meme was created to BM. It doesn't need to be introduced into an aready toxic community.
