Mod idea for Mecha Malphite: Input Halo sound effects for shields

[If this is inappropriately placed, I have no idea where else to put it.]

I really like the Mecha Malphite skin, but feel it's missing something. An idea then hit me, but I don't know how I'd implement it.

What if when Malphite's shield went down, you got the "shield down" sound effect from Halo? And when your shields go back up, same thing?

Obviously, this would have to be a mod only, to avoid lawsuits.
