I was extremely happy about the new Quinn skin!

TL;DR: I love the skin still, but I was hoping for a higher tier of skin.

Until I saw that it was 750 RP tier quality... I was really really really hoping for a 1350 Quinn skin. I love her so much, and I wanted to see something with doe flare then a 750 skin. I jumped out of my chair when I heard she was getting a new skin, but now i'm kind of disappointed, not because it's a bad skin, but because it'll be another year or so until she gets another skin of hopefully a higher price tier.

My opinion about the skin is that she's getting is: I Like it, I will buy it, but It's not what I was expecting. I hope her price will be changed to a higher tier because I would love some more special effects.

ADCs are a bit hard to make higher quality skins for. There's just not much to work with.

Not True Since they have made plenty of high tier and high quality ADC skins, They can make a ton of things happen with ADC's. they made an ultimate ezreal skin, they made a legendary Draven skin and a legendary Tristana skin, They made a 1350 Varus skin, 1350 (Quality) Cait skin, 2 1350 Kog'maw skin, 1350 graves skin, 1350 jinx skin, 1350 miss fortune skin, 1350 urgot skin. There are Plenty of things they can do with ADC's And Quinn is no exception with her 2 forms and all that jazz.

Well, in all honesty, what exactly would they have put the extra particles on? It would just be a new Harrier targeting reticle, and a different ghost bird eyes on W. The reason why it's still normal Valor right now is because of a bug (https://twitter.com/RiotNurseFlan/status/618579144268488704), so when they fix that, there go pretty much all the new effects Quinn could have. I for one will be getting it as soon as I can (and then have a hard time choosing between it and my icy hotness Woad scout :P)

New Effects on a high quality Quinn & Valor skin could have: Evolving model, New Particle effects and animation on her Q-W-E-R in both forms having specific effects, sounds, and animations. New crit sound and effects on both Quinn and valor forms, new voice overs, sound altering, etc. Valor gets a dance, taunt, joke, and laugh. New Backing to base sound, and animation. New model and texture on both forms. New Crit animation and sound for critting on targets marked with her passive.

There are so many things they can do with her, and probably more then I can think of right now.

Valor should have his own emotes already (I mean, c'mon, Swain has different emotes for his extremely mana-limited ult form that isn't even a real transformation. THREE jokes, which you need to sit in spawn to have enough mana to hear...). I forget, is Quinn a new enough champ to have a recall animation? Because if not, that should come default on all champs as well.

Evolving models are only for the really special skins that Riot has Grand Ideas for. I dunno, but I can't really think of anything deserving of the ultimate price point at the moment, and Riot probably can't either.

Usually themed skins are put at 750, look at ,Graves and Tf's dual skin, Jurassic, the Card skins. Hopefully she will one day get something like a 1350 but we will just have to wait.
