I was extremely happy about the new Quinn skin!

TL;DR: I love the skin still, but I was hoping for a higher tier of skin.

Until I saw that it was 750 RP tier quality... I was really really really hoping for a 1350 Quinn skin. I love her so much, and I wanted to see something with doe flare then a 750 skin. I jumped out of my chair when I heard she was getting a new skin, but now i'm kind of disappointed, not because it's a bad skin, but because it'll be another year or so until she gets another skin of hopefully a higher price tier.

My opinion about the skin is that she's getting is: I Like it, I will buy it, but It's not what I was expecting. I hope her price will be changed to a higher tier because I would love some more special effects.

ADCs are a bit hard to make higher quality skins for. There's just not much to work with.

Well, in all honesty, what exactly would they have put the extra particles on? It would just be a new Harrier targeting reticle, and a different ghost bird eyes on W. The reason why it's still normal Valor right now is because of a bug (https://twitter.com/RiotNurseFlan/status/618579144268488704), so when they fix that, there go pretty much all the new effects Quinn could have. I for one will be getting it as soon as I can (and then have a hard time choosing between it and my icy hotness Woad scout :P)

Usually themed skins are put at 750, look at ,Graves and Tf's dual skin, Jurassic, the Card skins. Hopefully she will one day get something like a 1350 but we will just have to wait.
