Obviously not that name, as that would be totally ruined by copyright. Anyway, he would be basically like the Phantom Rider(from Ghost Rider). Have a cow boy hat, flaming horse, be a skeleton in his little leather clothing.

Firstly, he does? Are you talking about his zombie skin, because that wouldn't be nearly the same as a flaming fucking horse. Lol. Secondly, it'd still be awesome. Especially since his E could leave a trail of fire behind like in the movie.
