Phantom Rider Hecarim

Obviously not that name, as that would be totally ruined by copyright. Anyway, he would be basically like the Phantom Rider(from Ghost Rider). Have a cow boy hat, flaming horse, be a skeleton in his little leather clothing.

Now come on, nobody can tell me this wouldn't be awesome.
