Why, is Arcade Riven the hero?

Hi, so, I like Riven, and all that - but I have one question. Why? There were so many better choices instead of... Riven. I like Riven as a champion, but...

Champions like Rengar could be such a better pick. Imagine this - Final Boss Veigar is taking over everything, and has locked up all the heroes. Then Rengar comes in, invisible, and is like - "Not... yet...", then slices up Veigar instaneously.

Rengar has only three skins, (one which is now unavailable). Riven has so many skins, it's too many to count. Creating Arcade Riven grants Riven ANOTHER 1350 RP skin, which makes players who bought Dragonblade feel ripped off.

Believe me, the skin is sick. Thing is, is that I feel that Rengar or some other champion could've had much more potential.

Something I could like, is that Riven is still not strong enough to face Veigar, and dies in a battle. Then, another hero comes in. Like, you know the movies, where the hero fails, and something happens, like X Person comes.

Here's a concept I made for Rengar, in case your wondering.

(I made this skin an ULTIMATE SKIN, because, why the heck not?)

Rengar's looks (BEFORE LEVEL 12) Rengar now has one eye, due to a past battle with Veigar and his minions (Blitzcrank). His other eye is still blue. Rengar's other eye is colored with an eye patch. Rengar in appearance seems very weak. However, upgrading skills makes Rengar seem much more vibrant, and powerful, and become the true Rengar he is. He has a hood over his head for shame.

Before level 6, Rengar's face is torn, and almost destroyed. His claw is dirty, and all of his voices seem rough, and tired.

However, here's the difference. Before level 6, upgrading any skill, will add "color" to Rengar.

At level 6, Rengar's appearance changes dramatically. Rengar's voices/taunts have been filled with hope almost, but still tired. Rengar's eye shines brighter then before, before it was dull. He still has a hood over his head, which is toggle on and off, but the hood now looks newer - and stronger. It has a red color, and Rengar's clothes look cleaner.

This is what it could sound like, "Eh, we can still win this battle, we must keep trying." from one of his voices.

Rengar's ultimate creates pixels from the color spectrum around Rengar briefly, for X amount of time, and Rengar disappears. Rengar's body will be in the strongest form possible, (stronger then level 18), and his clothes will be all cleaned out, and a green glow surrounds rengar. Rengar's hood has turned green, and Rengar's eyepatch is completely gone, and his eye changes colors in the color spectrum. Rengar turns back to the form he was back in before.

At level 11, Rengar's hood changes to purple, and Rengar takes off his eyepatch, and drops it on the floor, (no chargeup or anything), and the eyepatch will stay there for three seconds, and disappear, before unleashing a flurry of colors into the air. Rengar shoulder now turns into a green color (green represents strength), and the teeth on his shoulderblade, now become blades.

Level 16: Rengar is in his strongest form (besides ultimate). Rengar's blade is fully cleaned, and no longer dirty, and made of a new, bluish gem. Rengar's eye is replaced with a gem, a orange gem. Rengar is now fully completed, (NOT JUST YET!)

Upgrading Rengar's abilities grant his abilities completely new looks.

His Q at level 1 shines green, (very faint), and the blade becomes sharper, but not as sharp as before as a regular Rengar skin.

His Q at level 3 shines green, stronger then before, and the blade becomes as sharp as a regular Rengar skin, and becomes a new material when used.

His Q at level 5, is the true ascended form, and it glows a rainbow color, and arrows for dance moves appear around the area that Rengar used his Q.

His W at level 1 shines a green color.

His W at level 3 will now throw dance movements, (arrows) around him.

His W at level 5 will now say, KO! if he kills an enemy, and a extreme animation, (like lots of colors and arrows)

His E, is a HADOUKEN (no copyright), and will slow his enemy, or trap his enemy, and the enemy is held by a person for X amount of seconds that came out of nowhere.

His E at level 3, will become a stronger hadouken, and will slow the enemy, and say, CAUGHT! in red letters if slowed. If trapped, the person comes back, with a blue color, and holds down the person for X amount of seconds.

His E at level 5, will become a KAMAMAMAMAHEHA, thing, and will be a hadouken almost, and will glow green, blue, all these dang colors, with dance moves around it. If the enemy is trapped, it will say, "HIGH SCORE!"

Now, the best part.

His ultimate.

Rengar's R at level 1 was described before.

Level 2, it will show much more pixels, and now Rengar's hood becomes black for a second, and a yellow dance arrow is on his hood, and dance arrows follow Rengar's feet while invisible (does not show to others).

Level 3: Rengar's whole body, turns into a flurry of colors, and dance arrows follow him, and... he becomes a walking rainbow.

So, see the creativity you could've done? Rengar has many more moves, and much more potential as a hero, then... yuck Riven.
