How I'd rework Jinx

As my main, i'm always thinking of ways that her kit could get improved. i know she isn't the worst champion ever, but her kit is lacking in a few areas. i posted a thread like this a bit back, and had some interesting conversation on the subject, and had time to think about it and how to make it even better and more balanced. (again this is just how i'd wanna do it, i doubt any of this would ever happen)

  • Passive: stays the same, except adds 1% crit per level passively when not excited, when she's excited she "loses focus" and loses that bonus crit

  • Q: Stays the same, no change

  • W: is mostly the same, except becomes point and click, can still be shielded by minions or other champs, but otherwise guarantees a hit on whatever you target.

  • E: Stays the same, except causes Jinx to do a little jump in the opposite direction of wherever she throws them. the jump is just enough to get over a wall. it adds some small escape to her kit that she desperately needs.

  • R: Stays the same, except when Jinx is excited she rides her rocket, she can use this to get further into battle, or ride the rocket out of combat. she is able to dismount it anytime. getting excited lowers the cooldown of her ult.

I don't think changing her w to a point and click will help, keep it a skillshot but just make it worth the damn cast time its already pretty weak unless you are going full lethality jinx..
