Q: Thunder Shuriken Cooldown:14/12/10/8/6 sec per charge Charges: 6/8/10/12/14 Cost: 30/25/20/15/10 Energy Active: Shuriken Range limit: 400 units between the shurikens. Static cooldown between casts: 2/1.5/1 sec. Kennen Throws a Shuriken at a place dealing a bit damage to any target hit on the way. After 4 shurikens are thrown to the ground, they start to give an electric shock that searches for other kunais to combine. Enemys inside the area of the Kunais take damage 4 times per sec for 2 sec and gain an "Mark of the storm" every 4 hits as long as they stand in the area. Shuriken stay in the ground for 15 sec or till they activate. Improved: Damage inside the Thunder Area is incresed.

W: Electrical Surge Cooldown: 13/11/9/7/5 Cost: 40 Energy Range Limit: 750 Units Active: Kennen sends out a surge of electricity to all nearby enemies afflicted by Mark of the Storm or caught in Slicing Maelstrom Slicing Maelstrom, dealing magic damage. Also any Shuriken close to Kennen gets imideatly activated. Passive: Kennen deals bonus magic damage and applies a Mark of the Storm once every 5 basic attacks. Improved: Attackspeed is incresed allowing a temporary breaking of the attackspeed cap to 3.0 attackspeed.

E: Lightning Rush Cooldown: 25/20/15/10/5 sec per charge (static cooldown). Cost: 40/35/30/25/20 Energy Charges: 2/2/3/3/4 Dash Distance: 250 units. Active: Kennen rushes a short distance dropping a "Thunder Kunai" behind him that stays active for 15 sec. After kennen dropped 4 Kunais they connect dealing damage in an Area once and decrese enemys cooldown reuction for 3 sec by 10-25%. Improved: Dash distance is increased by 250 units and cooldown is decresed by 50%.

R: Slicing Maelstrom Cooldown: 120 sec Effect radius: 750 uits. Duration: 4/5/6 sec. Kennen creates an maelstrom around him wich stays in place. Allowing kennen to move faster and improving all his skills while inside the maelstrom. Also enemy inside the Maelstrom are slowed and take damage 2 times per sec. Champions gain a Mark of the storm each sec they are inside the maelstrom.

I put less creativity in it then on others, but i think kennen also deserves some love and maybe an cool rework fittin his Ninja Skills ^^ Tell me what you think about it :D

Continuously damaging an area for 15 seconds for the Q seems a bit OP. Might want to reduce that to 5-6 seconds, and maybe have it scale up to 5, starting somewhere around 3 seconds.

The W change to interact with the shurikens sounds good, definitely a good thing to make a kit work with itself. I do have a clarification question; not a good or bad thing, just wondering: when you say that the surge "activates" nearby shurikens, I assume that means it triggers the AoE zapping effect? If so, and given that the AoE depends on the locations of each shuriken, does that mean that if only 2 shurikens are nearby it only deals damage in a line, and if only one shuriken is active it only deals damage at the exact point where the shuriken is? Or is there some other way that the AoE is determined when there's only one or two out?

So, is E just a slightly altered Q? I mean there are differences, but ultimately it's just "Drop 4 to deal AoE damage". I like the idea as a stand-alone ability, but giving him two abilities that are basically the same thing, not so much. Of course, if E's damage is more of a single-hit kind of thing rather than damage over time like the Q, I'd be a bit more okay with it, but the way it's worded it sounds a bit like it's just a second Q. Again, I like the idea of the ability, but either the types of AoE damage need to be different, or else that AoE effect should only be on one or the other.

I do like that R, honestly no complaints.

My main things are the duration of the AoE damage for Q and the creativity for the E, and you did say you put a bit less creativity into it so I don't really mind the second one. I appreciate that it mostly maintains Kennen's theme and playstyle while still being different. That was the main problem I had with the Galio rework: it was so different from the original Galio that it might as well have just been its own champion.

Anyways, overall, very good job. :)

Ah, okay, guess I misread the Q. I must be more tired than I thought I was. That makes much more sense.

And no problem, I like to comment on whatever I can. The one thing that annoys me the most when I post something is it getting a thousand views and no one saying a thing, and this concept definitely deserved something to be said about it. So, just going to say it one more time, nice job, hope to see more from you :)
