Re-Re-Re-Rework. Ryze, the rapid Fire Maigican [Attempt to fix the unfixable/Rito pls]

At first, yes this is a serious idea that botherd me for so long. Everyone doesnt know what this champ is, cause he gets changed so many times, that he cant be considerd a champ anymore. I wanna fix this problem after thinking what his main problem was.

The main Problem is that riot cant balance at all. For this rework we just have jump back in time and make 1 small change to his kit to balance all out what Rito didnt accomplised in the las 7 years.

Name: Ryze Title: The Rapid-fire-Magician. Abillitys:

Passive: Arcane Mastery: Upon using an ability, Ryze's other cooldowns are each reduced by 1.5 seconds (here comes the main change)

Whenever ryze casts a spell, he gets a stack of "Unstable Arcane Magic" wich decreses his casting range for the next spell. He loses 1-3 stack(scaling up with his ult level) per sec after he is out of battle for 15-5 sec. (Scaling down with his level.) Range loss per stack: 40 cast range. Maximum stacks: 10. Minimum range at 10 stacks: 200 cast range for his abilitys.

Q: Overload Range: 600 Costs: 75 Mana Cooldown: 6.5 sec PASSIVE: Ryze permanently gains cooldown reduction. Bonus CDR: 5%/10%/15%/20%/25%

Active: Ryze unleashes a runic blast in the target direction, dealing magic damage to the first enemy struck. MAGIC DAMAGE: 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+ 55% AP) (+ 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 / 4% maximum mana)

W: Rune Prison Range: 600 Cooldown: 8 sec Costs: 75/100/125/150/175 mana Stun Duration: 1 sec ACTIVE: Ryze instantly deals magic damage and Root icon roots the target enemy for a short duration. MAGIC DAMAGE: 60 / 95 / 130 / 165 / 200 (+ 60% AP) (+ 4.5% maximum mana

E: Spell Flux Range: 600 Cost: 50/75/100/125/150 Mana Cooldown: 6.5 sec ACTIVE: Ryze hurls an orb of runic energy at the target enemy, dealing magic damage and and reducing their magic resistance for 5 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.

After striking the target, the orb splits and bounces to Ryze and up to 6 nearby enemies around the primary target, dealing the same magic damage to each. The secondary orbs then bounce back to the primary target (deals half the initial damage) MAGIC DAMAGE: 36 / 52 / 68 / 84 / 100 (+ 20% AP) (+ 2% maximum mana) Magic Ressistance reduction: 7/9/11/13/15% per hit.

R: Desperate Power Cooldown: 200/180/160 Sec. Costs: 100 Mana Duration: 3/5/7 sec. Passive: Ryze breaks the Cooldown reduction limit by 10/15/20% allowing him to have up to 60% base cooldown reduction.(yes this weakens the rune "Transcendence")

ACTIVE: For the duration, Ryze gains bonus spell vamp, 80 bonus movement speed, and his basic abilities deal half their damage to all nearby enemies around the primary target. BONUS SPELL VAMP: 15 / 20 / 25%

Okay, i copyd about 80% of this Idea from the official LoL Wikipedia wich had all the source free to read there. I adjusted some numbers to not make him too strong, but also give him his place as the rapid fire magician he deserves. Decresing range to increse his damage output sounds like the perfect balance to me, tell me whast you think about it :D (I hope if this will be his rework, that should be his last one)

They should just rename Ryze to "Work In Progress".
