Yeah with a .7 attack speed, that's slow compared to the chaps that just hover their mouse over you and press delete

Never seen him drop someone 100-0 in just 2 shots even when fed. He usually has to empty the entire mag and often weave a couple of spells in there to bring down full HP opponents.
