Jazz Master/King of Swing Bard

While I've been a proponent of Bardbeard (or BlackBard) the Pirate as a skin ever since we first saw him - after all, he's already got the peg-legs! - a recent discussion with friends brought about the creation of this wonderful idea. Bard, face concealed by an old-fashioned bowler or fedora, wears a [suit of eclectic colors/fashionable pinstripe] and carries a saxophone over his shoulder, proportioned like a stylized, art-deco or cubist musician. His voice effects are replaced by Jazz/Swing riffs, while his meeps either dress themselves in little suits and hats of their own or take the form of anthropomorphic musical notes.
