Champion/Skin Wishlist Profile

This isn't actually a concept for a skin or or champion, but I couldn't figure out a better board to put this on.

The general idea is to create a list that can be viewed from the profile or marketplace for which champions and skins you would like to own. This would be useful for two reasons.

The first reason is more useful to the player, would be so that you can place them in a priority order and view them in that order as a filter in the marketplace (If you tend to forget like me). ... Listed below as "Just Wish List (Private)"

The second reason is for those more charitable people out there I've heard about. This would at first require a list of champions and skins the player currently owns to be publicly visible to other players (which I think is a good idea anyways). I understand that the gifting center doesn't show champions or skins that are owned, and only shows skins for champions that are owned, but I think this filter option would be better. Then add a filter that shows what champions and skins the player would like to potentially be gifted. Why? ... Well, lets be honest, everyone has a champions or skins they really don't want, and while it is nice to get things for free, it would be even nicer to get one you prefer instead.

I think the first reason would be more useful on a personal level (or at least useful more often), but I think both would be great. What do you think?
