A shoutcaster caster series of skins

There are a lot of casters in the game. Why not make them also shoutcasters!

Primetime Draven has a recall that puts him behind the shoutcaster desk and grabs the microphone. Sure, he's probably the most prominent character to get a skin like that, but not all of them should be legendaries.

Karthus is the obvious first choice - he already has a microphone for his Pentakill skin.

Sona is right out. Sorry, but you get a DJ skin to make up for it.
