Orihime Inoue in LoL

What if Orihime Inoue from Bleach was in LOL? Here are my ideas for her kit. She of course would be AP utility support.

Passive Inoue gains bonus AP for % of missing HP of nearbly allied champions up to max X%.

Q - Koten Zanshun Inoue fires Tsubaki in target area. It can pass through multiple targets, but the dmg desreases every hit (35% minimal dmg)

W - Sōten Kisshun Inoue summons a healing barrier that she places on target ally, he is healed for % oof his missing HP every second. Sōten Kisshun cost initial X mana and drains Y mana per second.

E - Santen Kesshun Innoue summons a shield in target location or places it on ally champion. It blocks all projectiles but is destroyed after taking X dmg.

While placing it on ally Inoue choses on which side of ally it is summoned and stays on this side no matter what. Moves with ally.

R - Shun Shun Rikka Inoue empowers her next cast ability within X sec

RQ When Tsubaki reaches max distance it is recast from there in the nearest enemy champion (prioritises not yet hit enemies). It can be recast only once.

RW Inoue places a healing barrier on target area that can heal multiple allied champions. The mana drain is increased for every healed target.

RE Inoue integrates Tsubaki into the center of her Santen Kesshun. When the shield is broken or when Inoue recast this ability it fires a beam dealing % of dmg it already absorbed.

I didn't write exact numbers on abilities, because I'm not good with these. What do you guys think? Legit or broken? Would you like to see champion with similar kit in game?
