Champion Concept - Seige, the Transforming Mech
Adc-ish champion. Btw: game starts with you in mech form.
Passive: Seige has different amounts of ammo instead of mana. Basic attacking in a form removes 1 ammo of that type. If Seige runs out of a type of ammo, he can attack for 2 seconds while reloading, but gains 10-40% move speed (based on lvl) for that duration.
Q: Transform: Cannon: You are rooted and your basic attacks have a 1 sec delay, causing them to be able to miss, but you gain 10/20/30/40/50% increased range and attacks splash, dealing an additional 20/40/60/80/100 (+30% ad) damage to enemies.
Ammo amount: 5/8/11/14/17
If cast while in Cannon mode, instead launch a basic attack at very high range. This doesn't consume ammo.
Cool: 5 sec
W: Transform: Tank: Your basic attacks stop at the first enemy in their path, but deal 30/60/90/120/150% bonus physical damage.
Ammo amount: 7/10/13/16/19
If cast while in tank mode fire a rocket that explodes at the first enemy hit, dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+80% bonus ad) damage and knocking them back. Doesn't consume ammo.
Cool: 15 sec
E: Transform: Mech: Slows are 15/30/45/60/75% less effective on you.
Ammo: 10/15/20/25/30
If cast while in mech form, gain 30/35/40/50/55% bonus movespeed away from enemy champions for 2 sec.
Cool: 12 sec
R: Transform: Attack Helicopter: Ignore unit collision and have 20/30/40% increased attack speed. In addition, transforming into Attack Helicopter grants you a non-stacking 150/300/450 (+250% ad) shield. If the shield breaks revert to mech form.
Ammo: 20/40/60
If cast while in Helicopter mode, pick up an ally, causing them to be able to use basic attacks and abilities but no dashes or teleports. If they would trigger a self buff, you get 25/50/75% of that buff.
