Leblanc Rework/Mega-nerf

I was thinking the Leblanc rework was a great idea. All of the abilities looked cool, and there was some counter-play. And then I play her....

Leblanc currently is borderline unplayable. Previously, Leblanc filled the role of the burstiest assassin. Riot nerfed her burst by putting a 5 sec cooldown on sigil, her main source of damage. But, riot had a reason. They wanted to make her a deception mage. So I try her ult....

Riot, you need to do some things...

First step: Identify Leblanc as a super burst assassin, or a deception mage. You can't have both.

Second Step: Adjust her abilities accordingly. If she is an assassin, remove the cooldown on her passive, but make her clones last shorter or have no health. If you want her to be a deciever, just make her clones controllable. By not being able to control your clone, you can't fulfill her role.

Last Step: Remove the 0.3 sec cooldown on the W. It adds more counter play to a champion that is already easily stopped.

Right now Leblanc kinda is like Urgot, where riot has tried to get the best of both worlds but didn't quite get it. I just hope that riot addresses Leblanc, unlike Urgot who was forgotten. R.I.P. Urgot.

You're half right - she has a lot of problems introduced with the rework, but also introduced a DISGUSTINGLY toxic early game to hide the actual problems.

It's not uncommon for LB to go 13/1 in this iteration and force an FF20, which causes the community to believe she is OP - and for the first half of the game, she is.

However, the problems, as you have noticed become apparent when you can't do -ANYTHING- late game, no matter how fed you are.

When you're no longer able to actually fight anyone, your role is essentially a chain bot for your ADC and nothing more.
