weirdest champion ever, but a must for the rift

the champion is called daddy & baby his opening line when you select him is: "what the hell are we doing here?"

some of his other lines are: why am i moving on my own? i hear strange voices cmon my son lets get out of here!

his taunts are: you think you have it tough? try being a dad. this kid man... he will eat you alive.

his joke is: i tried being brave but i lost it at the B for baby i tried being sane. but i lost it at the S for sitter.

his dance is him singing the following song: ~~Baby and I were baked in a pie, The gravy was wonderful hot! We had nothing to pay To the baker that day, And so we crept out of the pot. ~~ his laugh is some baby giggling.

passive: death by baby whenever the father dies the baby goes berserk outright killing the closest enemy champion(global range) deals 100% true health damage. (cant have babies dying on the rift now can we?) which after the baby slowly crawls back to base respawn timer is increased by the current health ratio of the champion killed. (so 100% increase if said champion was full health)

Q: behold the baby! the father shows the true visage of the baby to all enemies in front of him fearing all for X seconds.

W: Protect the baby! the father sumons his fatherly instinct to protect himself and the baby. creating a shield based upon his health (converst X% current health in X% max health shield) for 5 seconds while the shield lasts he gains X% movespeed.

E: unlucky magnet Passive: skillshots and auto attacks are more prone to hit him per level (increased auto range and hit box beyond his actual size)

R: Tears of the baby the father can no longer controll the baby and the baby goes cries beyond control deafening all withing a large range slowing all movement speed and attack speed all skills/spells from enemies gain X amount of seconds to their cooldowns (cannot go beyond normal cooldown)

all of his skills gain more efficiency the lower his health is (including E)
