**Insight ** cooldown: 210 seconds

Reveals everything around you in a 550 radius for a duration of 4/5/6/7 seconds, including wards, invisible units. Invisible champions will appear as normal champions. (true sight) OR Reveals everything in a radius of 550 in a targeted area within 2500 range for a duration of 3/4/5/6 seconds after a short delay, like redemption but for vision. (true sight)

Wired Funds cooldown: 300 seconds

Adds 50/75/150/300 gold, which must be spent within 15 seconds, or will disappear.

Promote cooldown: 300 seconds

Promote a minion, giving it slightly more health, armor, magic resistances, and damage.

Recruit cooldown: 360 seconds

Summon a knight minion at an area. It sets up a guard post and cannot leave the post of radius 550 range. Within the radius, any aggravation to allies will cause the knight minion to attack the assaulter. The guard post lasts for 8/10/12/15 seconds.

Ground cooldown: 210 seconds

Ground yourself for 1 second becoming unable to move or cast any movement spells including dashes/blinks. While grounded, you are immune to knock ups, knock backs, etc. but will not cancel stuns, roots, other forms of crowd control. For the second you are grounded, you gain a bit of armor and magic resistance.

Repair cooldown: 300 seconds

Heal allied towers 5% of their total health. Inhibitors and nexus are healed for 2.5% of their total health.

Upgrade cooldown: 180 seconds

Use this on an ability you have at least one point in. For the next cast of it, within 10 seconds, the ability gains 2 additional skill points to it. Ultimate's gain 1 additional skill point. For each ability at maximum skill points, you gain 1.5% cooldown reduction on abilities.

Shatter-point cooldown: 180 seconds

In a radius of 250 around you, root enemies for 0.2/0.3/0.4/0.5 seconds and deal 10-90 (based on level) true damage.

Fog of War cooldown: 360 seconds

For the next 5 seconds, enemies will see a foggy trail spreading from where you reside which blocks vision of you. Enemies can still see you in person, and if you leave the fog enemies can see you on the mini-map.

Rally cooldown: 240 seconds

In a radius of 300, allied minions will gain movement speed for the next 5 seconds.

Mana Freeze cooldown: 240 seconds

Freeze an enemies mana/energy production for the next 5 seconds. Production of energy is not frozen but rather slowed down and for a lower duration compared to mana.

This seems either really OP or entirely useless.
