Reckoners in the Fleshing Arena, they have trained under Draven, and made their personalities loud and proud while in the Arena. Despite how bloody and brutal the battles in the Arena may seem, Kato always makes sure he, and Shiraza, pull their punches. Kato, more often than not, makes friends with his opponents.

Even in their Arena filling battles with Draven the Glorious Executioner, they make sure everyone walks away from the fights. At least until their fight with Vessid, the Brutalizer. In his battle with Shiraza, Vessid crushed her leg beyond recognition, and he would have done the same to her skull if Kato hadn't forfeited the match.

Kato quietly vowed that he would be the one to kill Vessid for what he had done to Shiraza.

Kato - "Shiraza is a great girlfriend--I mean friend--and we are in no way dating. But if we were, I would like her to know that I wish her a happy anniversary. Thank you, no more questions."

Shiraza - "He said what?! That man has bricks for brains. Can't fault those shoulders, though..."

Melee Manaless

Passive - Tag Team Partner: Kato starts the game with Kato's Hand in his inventory. Casting Kato's Hand on an ally marks them as Kato's Tag Team Partner. Tag Teaming with Draven allows Kato to catch Draven's Spinning Axes, causing them to ricochet off Kato and towards Draven.

  • Rile the Crowd: When Kato or his Tag Team Partner attacks, casts an ability, or catches Shiraza or a weapon, he gains Glory. The higher the Glory the greater the crowd will react, granting bonus effects for Kato and his Tag Team Partner. Each rank has the effect of the ranks below it. While Kato, or his Tag Team Partner are using their taunt emotes, Kato's Glory can't be reduced and increases the Glory gained by the other while taunting. Glory decays over time. The higher the Glory the faster it decays. Being effected by crowd control effects causes Glory to decay faster.

**Casual: **Kato and his Partner gain a small burst of attack and movement speed when first attacking an enemy, which rapidly decays.

**Badass: **Kato and his Partner apply Bleed on their attacks and abilities, dealing bonus physical damage over time to enemies they damage. The damage dealt by the bleed decays over time.

Awesome: The Bleed now applies Grevious Wounds, which reduces 50% of their healing, but the reduced healing decays along with the bleed.

Spectacular: Upon reaching Spectacular, Kato and his Tag Team Partner gain a shield, which breaks upon taking damage or being effected by enemy crowd control effects. When the shield breaks Kato and his Tag Team Partner gain 99% damage resistance and tenacity for .5 seconds. The Spectacular Shield can not activate again until Kato and his Partner leave combat.

DRAVEN! - While Tag Team Partners with Draven and above the rank of Awesome: The Crowd begins to chant Draven when reaching Awesome. When reaching Spectacular the chanting to grows louder. Kato shares Draven's attack and movement bonuses from Blood Rush. When Draven receives bonus gold from his Adoration, golden coins will rain down around him, totaling the same amount Draven earned. Kato can walk over them to pick them up, doing so reduces their Glory.

Q - Noxian Battle Ball - Passive: Kato periodically stocks a Battle Ball, up to a maximum of 4, and starts with 4 balls every time he respawns. Battle Balls can be picked up to instantly refresh a stock.

  • Ball Buster - Active: Kato throws a Battle Ball in the target direction that deals physical damage in a line, consuming a stock of Battle Balls. Enemies hit are slightly knocked aside and rooted for a brief moment. The Battle Balls linger for several seconds after being thrown. Enemies can attack and destroy the Battle Balls.

  • Fast Ball Special: Every fifth cast, or while Kato is out of Battle Balls, he instead begins to channel. While channeling his Tag Team Partner can click on him to be thrown in a target direction, and granting them bonus adaptive damage on their next attack or ability. Kato can recast this ability while channeling to instead throw Shiraza, causing her to deal bonus physical damage to all enemies along her path. If she strikes an enemy champion, she will ricochet off of them, back towards Kato. If Kato doesn't catch her, or she doesn't hit a champion she will remain on the ground until he picks her up.

W - Calling You Out - Targeting an Enemy Champion: Kato points at his target, if they are looking toward Kato, they and Kato are both disarmed and Taunted to each other, forcing their taunt emote. The taunted enemy breaks their taunt of they are attacked. Shiraza will not attack a taunted enemy champion.

  • Backstabbing Kayfabe - Targeting an Allied Champion: Shiraza slashes at an allied champion, causing them to feign death, becoming untargetable, but disarming, slowing, and silencing them for 1 second. Pretending to kill an ally grants Glory as if Kato killed an enemy champion.

E - Double Team - Passive: While this ability is off cooldown, Kato's Tag Team Partner marks their attack target. When Kato attacks the marked enemy, Kato and Shiraza will both attack, dealing bonus physical damage and applying on hit effects twice.

  • Shiraza's Blade - Active: Shiraza will leap to a target location, attacking near by enemies with her blade, dealing physical damage and applying on hit effects. Shiraza's attack speed is based on Kato's attack speed. Shiraza can be attacked, after getting attacked 2/3/4/5/6 time, or 1 tower shot, Shiraza will fall to the ground and stop attacking. Picking Shiraza up refreshes this ability's cooldown. If Shiraza is thrown for Fast Ball Special, she will activate Shiraza's Blade when she lands. If Kato does not pick her up after she falls, this ability will be placed on extended cooldown, and she will refuse to be thrown for Fast Ball Special until this ability is off cooldown.

R - Tag Out!: Kato dives to his Tag Team Partner and tags them out, throwing them to Kato's previous location. Shiraza can also be targeted, placing this ability on a reduced cooldown.
